and timeline chart for sequencing the project activities, project owner gives the detail of
requirement and innovation required in the tool development process, project director focuses
on resource allocation and projected time, planning engineer identifies the critical path of the
project, consultant provides new innovative ideas and thoughts, financial manager develops
the cost schedule and financial report, and quality manager develops the quality standard and
control policies (Wilson, 2012).
The productivity of the team members can get increased by managing effective
communication plan and strategies to provide connectivity between the internal and external
parties, focuses on organization mission and objectives, contribution of the employees as a
team members, giving working and operational support to the team members, developing
diversified team with various skills and expertise, managing democratic type of leadership,
minimizing chaos and conflicts, keeping positive attitudes, and sharing of work load.
The project manager skills and expertise can be enhanced by following the eight traits to be a
good leader. The eight traits are classified as critical and creative thinker, integration with
staff members, proactive thought process, clear and concise business perspectives, good and

The high performing team can be developed by having an enthusiastic and positive attitude
team leader who motivates the employees to finish their work with excellence. The thought
process of the working team should be clear and innovative. The team should comply with
diversification off talents and skills so that problems and risks identified can be effectively
minimized at a project start-up phase. The resource allocation process helps in increasing the
operational efficiency of the team members. The training and development program should
be organized for the staff members so that their expertise can be enhanced according to the
requirement of the project.
The dysfunctional conflict of the project team can be managed by following the five
strategies and phases to reduce the chaotic environment within the working culture of the
organization. The negotiation and reasoning of the conflict should be done. The reason of
conflict between both the parties should be listened and arbitrary action should be taken. The
chaotic environment can be controlled by minimizing the escalation process. The distraction
