It can be observed that the leaders should be positive as it can help in maintaining the
engagement and performance of the employees in the workplace. Positivity can help the leader to
maintain control over the activities. It is the responsibility of the leader to evaluate the overall
activities in the work place and it has been examined that it is important for them to focus on
attaining the positive results. Leaders are the one ho emphasize on maintaining overall
coordination between the operation and also they boost the motivation level of the subordinates
(Hughes, Ellefsen and Baar, 2018). So, in this presentation the characteristic which is selected of
the leader is (Positive Attitude towards work) and training is considered as the strategy that will
help to boost the productivity and engagement of nurses towards their work. Training as a
strategy can help in boosting the productivity and also helps to gain the knowledge in relation to
the overall work. The aim of the presentation is to reflect on the basic leadership skills necessary
to manage the overall activities.

It can be stated that training is one of the strategy that can help to attain positive results. Also,
through training, the employees can be retained and attracted in the workplace. If training is
given to the nurses then it can help to boost the knowledge of maintaining the data and also it can
help in proper assessment (Bompa and Buzzichelli, 2018).

It can be said that to be one of the good leaders, it is important to have qualities related to
honesty, trustworthiness, and courage and also positivity. Positivity should be there so that it can
be easy to inspire the workers in the company and also it assist in maintaining the culture of the
company (Young and Ghoshal, 2016).
Training as a strategy
It can be seen that if training as a strategy is considered then it impacts the convincing skill.
Communication is considered as one of the essential factor that can affect the performance of the
employees. It is important for the leaders to maintain two way communications so that it is easy
to maintain the efficiency of nurses and they will be able to give their best towards the set
targets. It will help the nurses in maintaining the communication with the clients or patients.
Also, it can be easy for them to boost the engagement level and also through this the direct

leaders focuses on maintaining the effective policies where employees can easily their views and

midwifery council, it can be seen that training is considered as the strategy that helps to meet the
standards for better health and also it focuses on maintaining the framework related to insurance
standards and requirement of employees. Also, it has been observed that if nurses are not given
training, then they will not able enhance the satisfaction level of the patients.
Training can also help in boosting inter personal skills. It can be seen that this skills should be
there in the leader and they should offer the training to the nurses so that it can be easy to attain
success towards the work. In relation to the inter personal of the nurses, training has an essential
role. It can be examined that it is source that can help in creating the positive behavior and also it
inspire the nurses, who are managing the patients on the regular basis. Training can assist in long
term relation with the patients. If long term relations are maintained by the nurses then it will be
beneficial for the company, as it will help to maintain the customer base (Wlodkowski and
Ginsberg, 2017).
Training should also be given by the leaders with the positive attitude. It should be done so as it
can be examined that training boosts the communication skill. If training is given to the nurses
then it can help in boosting the creativity approach and will also help in resolving the issues of
the patients. Training is a strategy that helps the employees to manage their issues and also the
nurses can maintain the responses of the patient are which will help in generating interest

stated that to boost the productivity of the employees, it is necessary for the leaders to
emphasizes on boosting the motivation of the nurses so that they can acquire new skills.

can be observed that positivity is one of the important characteristic that should be there in the
