WEEK 1
In the first learning log, I learn about the sessions which will be covered during the whole
module. This helps me to understand about which key areas I will be study because it helps me
to determine my future and what areas needs to be developed to attain the defined aim. It
provides me a journey of learning like at the beginning, I have small knowledge about SDL
whereas at middle, I proceed to attain the goal and finally I meet the same. Here, I also analyze
the problem solving issues because I lack this skill and that is why, with the help of my tutor, I
get an overview of entire session which I will be learn in the future (Li and et.al., 2020). Further,
in this week, the session includes research and reading abilities, I am able to complete the session
so that it will help me to improve knowledge for my future. Moreover, this learning log helps me
to get familiarize with the Foundation Programme and determine the requirement for successful
completing the SDL. This in turn assist to determine way through which I can attain the success
and create a better outcome as well.
WEEK 2
The week helps me to understand about the problem solving skill, research and reading
and presentation around the topic. In this, I learn about the topic which helps me to examine he
learning needs and then formulating the learning so that I can evaluate the learning outcomes.
The module assists me to determine the ways through which learning can motivated by internal
activities so that I can improve the learning and evaluated the same. Thus, the session assists me
to understand the journey so that I can meet the defined aim. In this, I also critically analyzed
that at the middle of the journey, I faces many challenges that affect my journey and this in turn
causes a direct impact upon my learning. So, it has been analyzed that due to change in the
overall planning, researching and reading, I will not able to meet the defined aim and this causes
a direct impact over the performance. Further, it can be reflected that each individual has a
different pattern of readiness from other and that is why, I analyze my practice so that it will not
affect the results in adverse manner.

WEEK 3
The entire week is depending upon the how to overcome the fear of writing by promoting
my writing as a SDL learner. This in turn assists to reflected that I also face issue regard to
writing and this in turn cause opposite impact upon my learning. Further, with the help of this
session, I analyze the ways through which the essay can be written along with different factors
that affect the learning (Rotelli, Fiorentino and Monreale, 2021). However, I also face issue due
to change in the overall writing pattern but with the help of feedback from my tutors, I am able to
understand the session aim so that effective results can be generated. This in turn helps me to
improve the learning and understand the ways through which I am able to write the essay.
Initially, I come to analyze that I face fear and due to lack of confidence, I faces issue to write
the essay. I critically analyzed that due to lose concentration, I am not able to determine ways of
writing essay in an effective manner. So that I hamper my journey of SDL and this cause a
direct impact over the entire essay.
WEEK 4
This week is all about managing time that helps me to improve the knowledge and
complete the task within a defined tenure. In this, I gain a knowledge and understanding about
how to manage the work by using effective concepts and theories pertaining to my chosen area.
In this, different examples are used that understand different concepts and theories. In this, I
solve the problem and determine that with the help of effective skills and understanding about
the topic, I solve my doubts by developing effective problem solving skills. Also, I learn about
research and reading where I come to know that about the topic in more depth. At the end of the
week, I learn that presenting the entire finding is necessary because it derive the results in more
authentic manner (Svacina and et.al., 2021). Further, it will assist to meet the defined aim and
leads me towards a success. I tried to use all examples but I am fail to use the same in practical
life. Though there are different examples used in this week which in turn reflected that without
any concept and theories, individual cannot performed the entire work and this lead to cause
negative impact upon journey.

WEEK 5
This session is deal with the reflect and review for learning in which different key areas
are used that help to understand about own including the strength and weakness. This in turn
causes positive impact over the journey because identify own areas of improvement in the
journey help to meet the defined aim. This in turn help me to learn about myself, during the
session, I examine that breaking things into different parts assists me to show the connection and
depict about the overall picture so that I am able to reach towards my aim (Uosaki and et.al.,
2017). That is why, I can say that by developing big ideas for the project helps me to derive the
life and story so that I can examine own areas of improvement. That is why, this session helps
me to realize about skills that needs to be developed so that effective results can be generated by
focusing upon key areas.
WEEK 6
The session assists me to identify the understanding as well as significance of self-
directed learning. I identify that with the help of this skill, I am able to improve the knowledge so
that I can carry out the task within a project. The self development learning is very important in
the human life. This allow the individual to grow and develop at an individual level. Further this
concept has supported the individual to sustain the rapid growth and development as a Hunan
being (Wang, 2019). All this has supported the venture to maximize the growth ad development
as a human being. The self development learning practice is abou8t to inspire the individual own
self to improve the internal capabilities and skills. Henceforth, in the professional circumstances
this entire practice is very significant and important for the human being. The role this learning
play is to motivate and support te individual for supporting the overall growth and development
need of the individual. The importance of this is such that it could allow the individual for
progressing the growth and development opportunity in respect to the professional career.
WEEK 7
I have identify the fact that the problem solving ability play the significant role in the
overall growth and development of the individual. This has supported as a fact that te solving
problem and issue become a significant part of the overall growth and development possibilities
maximize by the individual. All these practice allow the individual to address and tackle down

all different issue that become a par of the self development practice. In order to approach the top
designated role and position in the organization this practice of self development ad problem
solving is very crucial (Winne, 2021). The vital circumstance will allow the individual for
approaching the overall practice and allow the individual to maximize the overall growth as an
individual. In order to approach the overall career an progression aspect the role problem solving
ability play is vital. This allow the individual for enhancing and developing the overall ability
and potential to maximize the overall growth and development possibilities as an individual.
Solving problem is also a part of the key role and responsibilities sustained by the top designated
level employee in organization. In such a situation this is crucial for the individual for
approaching the overall growth and development need of the organization this entire practice is
very significant and vital for the respective stakeholders.
WEEK 8
Time management and self developing learning is itself are the two core concept. For the
effective self development learning technique managing time become a crucial part of the
activities undertake by the individual. In the overall situation of the self development practice the
role time management play is vital as it would allow the individual for enhancing the overall
growth and outcome of the practice in the best way possible. The time management become a
key issue in most of the time as the time is limited and the individual, need to execute majority of
operation in limited time spam. All this will result into the limited growth and development as an
individual level. Further, this whole practice is very empowerment for the individual to grow and
develop. Managing time is an art and it further support the individual to grow and develop all
different abilities.
