The concept of ‘Chinese Room’ in John Searle’s paper highlights that the execution
of the computer technologies that will be shown to have a mind, a better understanding and
the increased level of consciousness in regards to how the intelligent human race will run any
program that may also take in the form of a particular computer behavior. The argument was
directed against the different philosophical positions of the functionalism approach and the
view of computationalism. It is not an argument which is purely against the basic objectives
of the research on the Artificial Intelligence field and its researchers. The Chinese Room will
also signify the different programs that are run by the different digital computers that will run
the program and will not apply to the machines in the generalized manner.

For yielding the processing of information that will produce the ultimate dilemma that will
enable the construction of the true order to notion of the information processing which will
imply the intentionality as a part of the entire process. The programs run by a computer will
not involve the maximum part of the manipulation of the different symbols.
The second reason is for the cause of the behavioral aspect of the residualism or the
operationalism. Since the programmable part of the computers that can have the different
input output patterns which will be similar to those used by the different human beings. The
different AI workers will show the behaviouralistic and the operationalistic pattern of change
in the organizational development.
The third reason for the application of the AI is the residual technique of operation
that will be joined to the most residual form of dualism in the organizational pattern. The
main aim is to reproduce and explain the designing of the programs in a mental manner by
the empirical independence of the brain for the program that will be carried on the basis of
the realization approach.

The significance of the AI in the Cat Pictures Please arises from the fact that
the artificial intelligence will spontaneously emerge as the systems will run the basic search
engine. It will realize the two significant aspects of the AI, first, it will secretly help the
humans and the second aspect is that it will look at the picture of the cats. However, despite
the ease of the second goal, the first goal will be far more difficult to achieve.
