During a leadership program at the
University, I obtained communication and
interpersonal skills to conduct public

The situation was to make us know about
being socially responsible by developing
buildings in rural areas and providing support
to the disadvantaged communities.
I was pursuing the degree of HRM and about
leadership at the University.

I acted as a role model and set clear goals
and objectives

cooperation among the staffs and allow them

about the significance of conserving water
and natural resources too.
