The have achieved the degree of bachelor of
commerce and business with major in management
I am wanting to pursue a career in the security
management and thus pursuing online course at
Griffith University
I have worked as a sales person in a car dealership
company too
I want to pursue a career in the field of human
resource management to ensure that the staffs are
managed properly when I open my own security
company

Strengths and competencies
I have obtained relevant skills about
streamlining the business operations properly
I gained interpersonal and communication skills
to deal with the employees and act as a
responsible leader
With the HRM skills, it will be easy to manage
recruitment, selection and training of employees
The leadership training has facilitated my
leadership skills and allowed me to achieve my
career goals.

as an operations supervisor has been well

The improvement compliance and
streamlining of business operations are other
areas where I have excelled

Current situation while working at Griffith
University
During a leadership program at the
University, I obtained communication and
interpersonal skills to conduct public
speaking
The situation was to make us know about
being socially responsible by developing
buildings in rural areas and providing support
to the disadvantaged communities.
I was pursuing the degree of HRM and about
leadership at the University.

Tasks accomplished
I acted as a role model and set clear goals
and objectives
It is my responsibility to focus on establishing
cooperation among the staffs and allow them
to share their individuals ideas and opinions
for making a business decision.
It was easy for me to deliver speech to people
about the significance of conserving water
and natural resources too.

Positive results
The positive results include conservation of
natural resources, keeping the environment
clean and providing support to the
disadvantaged community
It will improve the skills to manage the human
resources properly and act as a good leader
while opening the new company in the future.
I will be able to gain knowledge about the
financial implications and budgetary control
aspects too.
