Reflection is process of reflecting back on previous experience in order to find out the

The things that has well done is representing the information that has been find out within
the article that could be useful for other stakeholder to take necessary decision. I have interest in
field of health and social care that has motivated to select topic on it only that is the way
healthcare worker support can contribute in improving the condition of patient suffering from
dementia. So, I have found easy in selecting article that could be used to complete the
assignment task 1 as desired. Apart from this, my written skills and interpretation skills were
goods that has helped me in effectively analysing, interpreting the crucial information present in
the article and the way it could be useful in future scenario (Rolfe and Freshwater, 2020). I was
also able to find reason for Significance of academic writing to professional practice in Health

Likewise, it helps in improving the current knowledge, capabilities and researching skills of the

There are range of difficulty that I have encountered while making task 1 such as first and

be presented with an motivate that it can be easily understand (Anderson, 2019). In addition to
this, I also face challenges in preparing presentation that is the manner in which all the

information can be segregated and presented. In order to provide useful insight related to article,
its key finding, audience and other necessary details. In addition to this, I also find challenges
related to suggesting improvement that need to be made pertaining to the article as all the
information and method used were appropriate (Körkkö, 2021). At the same time I have lack of
knowledge related to the way article can be search through making use of digital technology that
has lead in challenges in getting the right article. At last I face issue in summarising the finding
and results of articles as there are large number of information so I get confused related to what
all need to be add and eliminated for better outcome.
Skills that need to be developed for better future
As per my point of view, it can be stated that there are range of skills that I have
developed while completing task 1 in the assignment. For example: it has helped me in learning
creative and innovative skills that could be used to make presentation by including relevant
information, image and other details. It has also lead in enhancing my research skills as I have
to make use of internet, google scholar and other necessary platform to extract useful article
related to areas of my interest. After lot of searching I have find out “What enables good end of
life care for people with dementia?” as suitable to complete my project and improving my
knowledge related to the same (Slepcevic-Zach and Stock, 2018). Hence it lead in improving
my researching skills so that necessary information can be extracted as per the objective. It has
also contributed in developing my academic writing skills that is the manner in which content
much be written, well references and organised. It has also improved my decision-making skills
as I get to know the way decision are being taken in order to achieve the set objective within
minimum mistake. For example: I have taken decision related to what all method that could be
used to select specific article, whether the specific information must be written or not. At the
same time, there are range of challenges that face by me while completing task 1 that has been
resolved by me through finding alternative method. In short it has improved my problem-solving
skills thereby I can easily resolve the problem in effective manner. So that it can be easily
understand and necessary in- sight can be gained in limited time frame as well as cost.

From my previous experience of doing task 1 of the assignment it can be stated that this
exercise has positive impact my ability to develop skills in writing, research and academic

reading that is good for future career. Such as I get to know about the meaning and significance
of academic writing for any student or individual in professional and personal career. Likewise,
first I have practice research skills through making use of different database to get article
pertaining to health and social care. Then it has helped in improving my academic reading skills
as I have read the several article that have different information out of which I have select the

useful as it helps me in gaining knowledge related to care or necessary support that must be
provided to the individual suffering from dementia. It has also helped me in learning the factors
