The report will be analysing information on business plan aspects for starting new plans
efficacy and working parameters for starting realistic business project where there will be
analysis of various scenarios, pertaining varied skills required and finance required. The report
will be analyzing aspects of opening up new business company with varied innovative ideas for
producing vision oriented scaled horizons, with innovative assets and effective leadership by
developing effective business. Market research will be effectively analyzing cash flow and
productive assets where there are varied new metrics worked on, by developing analysis of
various skills worked on and to be competently informative.

The business plan for independent business start up based on opening up new company
Selcon having wide range of best quality masks, sanitizers and also wide range of PPE kits for
providing best facilities among consumers. COVID -19 has been raising demands of hygienic
safety aspects among people round the globe where supply chain will be also kept at focus and
also diverse facilities within market research.
Section One: About company
Selcon is new start up business in United Kingdom that has planned to offer sanitizers to
customers so that their health and safety can be ensured. Company by finding new idea to launch
or provide sanitizers can easily grow and expand its business in current scenario as there is high
demand of products in market due to Covid-19. Selcon is planning to start business by taking
loan from government around £40,000 so that all expense can be easily meet for smooth
operation of business. It has decided to recruit around 50 -100 employees so that several task can
be performed in best possible manner and good services can be delivered to customers as per
their expectancy level (Authority, 2018). The main aim of Selcom is to deliver qualitative
services and products like Sanitizers to people so that they can live healthy lifestyles so that it
can earn more profitability and market share in domestic market.

kits for best services among consumers, varied services within digital platforms which also bring
on varied competitive goals and also for keeping up varied competencies goals widely.

management scenarios within business horizons, where dynamic training of performance will be

Professional team skills: There are several skills and capabilities that are required by
professional or employees of Selcon in order to perform different task and activities. Like
decision making, problem solving, creative and innovative skills, team buildings are required by
