Introduction
Select Fresh Providers is a warehouse for the storage of fruits along with vegetables.
This warehouse is currently situated at Silver water but it would shift to St Peters on account
of space problem (Bloom et al. 2014). The interviewee is Naveed Rao who works in the
warehouse and has been working at the company for many years. It is on account of the fact
that he has been working at the company for many years that he would be able to able to
provide correct information in relation to the communication issues of the company. This
report throws light on the aspect of communication of Select Fresh Providers.
Methods of Research
The method of conduction of the research was an interview with the help of which

There is good communication between the employers and the employees in
organization and this helps in providing satisfaction to the employees. The employees think
of the organization to be like family and this helps in revealing the sound communication
