INTRODUCTION
There are different elements as aspects that are related to self management and others. It
is very important for individual to successfully or effectively developing potential skills and
capabilities in order to effectively perform required set of practices (Park and et.al., 2020). In this
report career development and lifelong learning aspects has been determined. It consist of
personal SWOT as well as PDP for individual growth. It has been determined that how skill
development and lifelong learning enables career development. Apart from this high
performance people developed by effective performance management. In this report, high
performance strategies have been determined for working effectively as a part of team.

This can be describe as the systematic assessment through which individual is able to
determine different skills and knowledge that is needed by perform in order to successfully or
effectively conducting required practices. Through skills audit person is able to analyse training
and development need which is required by person to successfully or effectively carry out task or
activities. Through my skill audit it have analysed that there are numerous of skills and
knowledge which is required by person in order to successfully or effectively carry out required
set of task. I have determined that I need to enhance my decision making and time management
capabilities. Due to lack of these skills I am not able to successfully or effectively carry out
practices in effective and efficient manner (ELLIS and HOPKINSON, 2020). I have analysed
that decision making skills is needed by person so that they can take correct decision with in
right time. It is crucial for a person to have strong time management capabilities. Time
management capabilities of a person supports in successfully conducting required set of practices
with in time as well as able to manage all task and activities in right time. It is essential for a

person to enhance decision making skills as well as time management abilities as this will help in

This is effective tool that helps person in determining strength, weakness, opportunity and
threat for successfully performing business practices (Pollard and et.al., 2020). It is important
for individual to consider SWOT analysis tool as this will assist in taking gaining accurate
information about individual as well as help in focusing persons growth and development.
