1. Shared governance
A). Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
Personal skills are some of the aspects that we use daily in our lives when communicating
with different people that range from individuals to groups. I personally recognized that the
interpersonal aspects consist of various skills, which includes mode of listening, posing questions
as well as understanding the body language (Silverman, Kurtz & Draper, 2016.p 41). To my
esteem research, I found out that listening skills are characterised by some emotional intelligence
or ability to comprehend the message of my own as well as of my colleagues. Under shared
governance, the ability to have good interpersonal skills is a vital tool especially in a working
team or group as well as the cooperation within or outside the working place. Similarly, I
understood that to have excellent communication makes me feel bold to express myself with
family or friends, working teammate, patients or even my colleagues in general. In addition,
since personal skill is a key aspect of personal interaction, it becomes my habitual way of
practising sensationally in order to be perfect throughout my entire career. Interpersonal skills
mostly is a natural thing if taken as a way of learning. Moreover, it is also easy to improve some
bad behaviour thus ignore to comprehend the reasons why one may not able to understand why
they have a sour relationship with their colleagues.

More importantly, with the little time as well as the effort I developed to both my
awareness and interpersonal skills, I gathered a lesson that interpersonal skills can boost many
aspects in life. That's professionals and social, which leads to a better understanding of the
relationships. It is also significant at a time when referring several skills that are, political skills,
lenient skills or life skills. I learned that several people use communication skills as personal
skills. Contrary to that, personal skills cover more key aspects that involve decision-making,
problem-unravelling besides making it in a group as well as emotional intelligence. As my
assumption, the best personal skills are mostly seen as the fundamental beginning of the working
as well as developing many other areas of skills. Moreover, without a proper way of
interpersonal skills sometimes make it more difficult for one to develop certain traits in life. This
therefore worth spending time improving and developing. Just unlike specialized and technical
skills, interpersonal skills are quite being used every day in daily life. Thus creating personal
skills is best carried out in steps with a start from the most basic but vital in life (Silverman et al.,
2016.p 41).
2. Clinical Governance
A). Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment.
A place for working should be safe, free from all forms of the business. Through my
rigorous research, it does not matter how several employees working under you in order to the
maintained environment. According to my hypothesis, any kind of working place must be clean
regardless of the size or the condition (Christian, Bradley. Wallace and Burke, 2009, p.1103).
Thus set up like a hospital, all working individuals should adhere to safety conditions.

Additionally, some of the controlled measures, which are against accidents as well as work-
related threats should be a key aspect which should be given attention. Similarly, some
companies like health sectors are fully experienced in workplace safety regulation or sometimes
may not be availed with appropriate equipment to handle some unpredictable conditions such as
fire-outbreak. More notably, I realized that most of the safety rules are similar thus each
employee are expected to follow the rules strictly for their lives and so to their colleagues
respectively (Nielsen et al., 2009. P 43). As an expert, I found out that some of the
recommendations should be considered by the companies as well as some of the non-
governmental bodies so that they can preserve the lives of the clients and their employees. Some
of the recommendations include putting on uniform especially the lab coat when they are in the
laboratory in case spills of the liquid drugs, which can impose danger to the facilitator. This can
help to reduce or avoid the direct contact of the body with the drugs. However, the hospital
should be provided with the proper emergency exit. This help especially when there is a problem
of the fire outbreak or any other issue that may need patients and staff to escape more easily in
case of danger. Similarly, there should be an open discussion on the on the safety measures and
come up with the recommendation on the improvement of the safety (Christian et al., 2009,
p.1103).
3. Self-Governance
A). Demonstration of the commitment to continuing professional improvement and life-long
learning.
As a leader, I learn to lead by example. In leadership, it needs someone who is learned
and know how to handle stressful situations (Wise et al., 2010, p.288). In our hospital, we use

restorative practice which is a tool that keeps our staff on good track. However, another tool
which I used and I honestly borrowed from my colleague is a question of letting my staff
member to freely know me (Mahmood, 2010, pp.807-818). Similarly, every staff meeting, I have
great opportunity to grow more in practical aspects passing the correct information and treatment
to the patients in a time of need. I'm looking forward to begin my leadership course and straight
away have it implemented and put in practice to my members and junior (Wise et al., 2010,
p.288).
