Self development is one of the essential factor that is essential for the continuous
development of an individual. Self -development plays a major role in the professional as well as
personal career. A person’s needs to carry out a self- assessment so that he can become aware of
its own strength and weaknesses. It will help the leader and professional in remaining competent
and finding stability in this diverse market. A person requires few qualities that helps him in
carrying out its role in efficient and effective manner. This self -assessment motivates a leader in
