Self- reflection and assessment supports an individual in identifying the strengths and
possible weaknesses that might affect the success factors critically. In this relation, the reflection
on the results of the Work Style Test specifically supported me in developing a positive idea on
the different prospects of growth while operating in a particular work role. Firstly, I agree to the
results as I believe that I have a subtle inclination towards continuous improvement. The test
results portrayed that I am enthusiastic about improving and highly motivated while facing the
challenges. Well, I agree to the facts and I believe that the test acted as a mirror for reflecting my
personality and the approach I conceive towards work.
The assessment would assist me in developing a positive attitude towards the challenges
that I might face in the workplace while learning new concepts and processes. The entire
assessment and reflection would support me in improving my adaptability to the different
situations in the workplace while increasing the favorable rate of outcomes. However, I was
surprised to know that my enthusiasm and motivation would act as factors that would push me
towards finding new opportunities in my career.
The overall assessment was known to me as I was pretty sure that I conceived an attitude
of continuous improvement to adhere to the changing job roles. However, the factor of the new
opportunities that I might encounter seemed to encourage me. I believe that the assessment
specifically aimed at identifying the true potentials in me and thereby help me in improving my
skills so as to increase the effectiveness of the operations. The assessments support an individual
in reflecting on the different inner mechanisms while realizing the true potential of the same
while operating in diverse contexts. Therefore, the overall assessment helped me in increasing
my knowledge of the skills and the manner in which the same might be developed to increase
efficacy of my operations.
