INTRODUCTION
It is essential for a person to conduct self assessment because through that they able to
understand their strengths as well as weakness according to that they can conduct planning for
the development so that they attain desire goal (LEADERSHIP SKILLS & STRATEGIES V U C A
world, 2020). The respective report is based on the self assessment and their result which a
person gets. In respect of this, there is evaluation through different model as that will help in
understanding LPA result properly.
MAIN BODY
1. To what extent do you agree with the result of the self assessment? Use example.
I am totally agree with my self assessment result because I know that I am not
appropriate in analyzing situation as well as solving issues of others and mine. This I get to know
when I am working in a team and at that time when my team members ask me question related to
project I am not able to provide satisfy suggestion as well as I also not able to analyze situation
properly due to which decision is not taken by me successfully. On the other hand, I am also
weak in team working because I am not able to be much comfortable with the others. But there
are few skills which are my strengths such as attaining objective, adapting change effectively as
well as learning and self development.
2. What have you learnt about yourself through the result of self assessment?
Through the analysis I get to know that I have numbers of skills from which some are my
weakness as well as some are my strengths. From which I need to develop strategies for improve
my weak skills so that I can attain my career objectives successfully. Skills which are my
strengths are I have effective adapting skill that help me in adopting change in effective manner
and I also have learning and self development skill which encourage me to adopt new things for
growth effectively. I also have skill and ability to attain objectives as I always very dedicated to
my work as well as I also try to attain goal successfully. On the other hand I able to determine
that I have some weak skill which I need to improve for developing effective future such
analyzing and problem solving skill as I not able to solve issues of other properly as well as I
also weak in working with others or in team.

3. What specific theories concept forms this module given understanding of LPA result and
how?
The theoretical concept which I can adopt for understanding LPA result in effective
manner is gibbs learning model because through that I can analyze my experiences of life which
help in determining the analysis of result is appropriate. In respect of respective model I conduct
analysis of my skill as well as situation related to that which helps me in deciding whether I am
lacking and which skill I need to improve for developing effective as well as successful career.
In addition to this, I also understand that in current time digital technology help every companies
and human in conducting their work in effective manner. Now robots are used at almost every
place in order to conduct physical activities because through technology task are conducted
properly as well as in sophisticated manner (The digital future of work: What skills will be
needed?, 2020). According to experts there are several skills which a person needs to have in
order to adopt digital technology at the workplace such as understanding of social media,
understanding skills, adaptation of change skills and many more. Moreover, it is essential for a
company to provide proper training in their working hours so that employees adopt technology
properly.
4. Which LPA workplace competency will be most critical for you to attain career goal in VUCA
world? Explain your top five strengths which is valuable for developing career.
Through the LPA analysis the most critical skill for me to adopt is analyzing and solving
issues because in this I get only 2 point. It is so because I am not able to resolve issues of other
properly which impact on my as well as other performance. It is essential for me to develop my
respective skill as that will lead to attainment of desire goal successfully. On the other hand, the
main five strengths are adaptation of change skill, learning and self development skill, achieving
objective skill and working with others (Work skills and employability?, 2020). These all skills
are valuable for me because that will help me in developing effective career or future. It is so
because by having adaptation skill I able to adopt change in effective manner as well as through
learning and self development skill I always feel encouraged to learn new things. Moreover by
achieving objective skill I also want to attain objective on time which improve my performance.
This show all skills help in development of career.

Communication skills – This is one of the essential skills which support me in
conveying my message and idea is more effective manner (Sidani and Reese, 2020).
Communication skills help me in developing strong relationship at workplace in order to
successfully attain goals. Due to this I am able to easily work with other team members. It can be
harmony for a person as through that they can effectively able to communicate with other and
make other and they understand on what topic communication is conducting.
Decision making skills – this skill is my personal strength as I am able to take fast and
correct decisions. I always analyses various aspects which can affect my work or performance
before taking decisions. Through this I am able to analyses the problem correctly and take
effective decision to resolve it. The respective skill also is harmony for a person as through this
skill an individual can take proper decision at each and every situation which enhances their
value at the workplace.
Technology skills - This is essential skills for performing organizational task in effective
and efficient manner. I have strong technology skills which helps me in easily adopting to the
changes as well as take optimum utilization of technology to perform task. It is harmony for an
individual because through that a person can easily adopt as well as implement technology at the
workplace. It also helps in adopting new technology easily through which a person can easily
conduct their allotted work.
Achieving Objectives – This is one of my strengths because I am a fast learner. I am able
to grasp concepts very quickly and apply the same whenever needed. This is an important
strength which is valuable for a developing career. This is because if an individual is goal-
oriented and puts in efforts to achieve objectives, they can help the organization in performing
well and achieving its goals. It is harmony because by having this skill and behaviour an
individual always give their 100 percent in accomplishing work so that they can attain their
desire goal successfully.
Learning and Self-Development – Any employer would want their employees to be
always ready to learn something new (Cassinger and Thelander, 2020). I am always curious to
learn new things that can help me in developing myself as an individual. This is because I keep
participating in different activities that can help me in enhance my personality as well as

productivity at the same time. Also, I am passionate about learning new things in order to
enhance my knowledge be more productive. This strength has helped me in performing
exceptionally well in different tasks assigned during academics. The harmony through respective
skill is that through it a person can learn new things which help in self development by which a
person can grow and make successful career.
CONCLUSION
Through the evaluation of above mentioned point it can be summarized that through
conducting self assessment a person able to determine their skills as well as abilities which help
them in developing a successful career and future. In respect of this, a person can adopt different
theories as that will help them in understanding LAP result in effective and appropriate manner.
Through this a person can develop strategies as well as plans in proper way which leads to
development of successful career.
