Level of self-awareness
My level of self-awareness is something that I cannot under estimate at all since is a
condition that has made me to scale up to greater heights in life thus giving me the opportunity to
carry out quite a number of things that I could not do at the initial step. Due to this, I have been
able to distinct myself from the rest of the personalities thereby providing me with one of the
best opportunities to present myself as a unique personality. This is according to all the results
that I have been able to attain within the stipulated time frame without any delays being
encountered at all. Personally, I am well versed with my level of self-awareness in relation to the
value of my personal experiences most so within the boundaries of my carrier. Moreover, this is
a level of self-awareness that has been able to expose me to quite a number of issues taking place
within the surrounding environment this exposing me to quite a number of things that are fully
related to this modern society. One of the major values that personal experience attached to my
carrier has been able to bring on board is to expand my thinking capability together with my
technical knowhow and as a result, this has been able to provide me with one of the best
opportunities so far to be able to explore quite a number of new things with the aim of benefiting
the entire society in a positive way. On the other hand, this progress really motivates me to make
progress in my professional life since it makes me develop a feeling that there is the need to
carry out more exploration in newer areas and be able to come up with one of the most relevant
set of information that is capable of bringing progress in this modern society.
Professional networks and mentors
Effective building and maintenance of adequate and reliable professional networks is one
of the most fundamental issues that is geared towards bringing high standards of change within

the life of a given personality (Pobegaylov, Myasishchev and Gaybarian 2016). Moreover, it is
focused towards ensuring that one is capable of walking on the right path and is also able to
come up with wise decisions that can only see them scale up the conditions of their lives both
physically and psychologically (Clark and Salaman 2016). Moreover, the act building and
maintaining effective professional networks mainly needs high standards of ethical
considerations for it to be taken to greater levels that can be able to generate some of the most
appropriate results that can be fully relied upon. Additionally, mentors are known to have the
capability of playing an important role in our lives and to some extent they normally act as our
motivating factors most so when one is aiming towards a particular path of success. To some
extent, they can also be referred to as role models due to their capabilities of conducting quite a
number of things within the ethical consideration boundaries (Adler, Kwon and Heckscher
2013). I have mentors in my life and what I can say about them is that they have been able to
play some of the most significant roles impacting positively in my life under various
circumstances. My first mentor comes from my home country back in India, the second one is
found within my current collage who happens to be Dr. John Tippet. I have always loved the
ways Dr. John Tippet carries himself in quite a number of occasions. Moreover, he is one kind of
personality who is able to think critically when it comes to solving quite a number of issues
within the institution. This is a mentor who helps a lot and in most occasions, Dr. John Tippet
has been able to help quite a number of students to solve their issues at personal levels thereby
changing their lives completely. Through this kind of mentorship, I have been able to gain a lot
from him.

Professional development program
In most cases, I have been able to value different issues revolving within my own
professional development program and as a result, I have always developed a feeling that by
taking care of personal professional development program, there are higher chances of exploring
quite a number of new things. Additionally, one of the major things that I need to do in order to
increase my professional development is to maintain high standards of ethical considerations
thus developing the capability of evaluating what is right and what is wrong. Moreover, I want to
enroll in a public speaking course that will provide me with one of the best opportunities to
interact with various personalities and be able to share different ideas with them. Through this,
my professional development is likely to move to the next level thereby solving quite a number
of issues associated with daily experiences. Additionally, I also want to enroll in foreign
language courses since this is one of the best opportunities that I can use to learn new languages
and be able to interact freely with various people without worrying much about issues associated
with language barrier. This will therefore make sure that issues pertaining my professional
development are well addressed. In conclusion, much focus needs to be concentrated towards the
direction of professional development since this is one of the major ways that can easily scale up
one’s personality as far as their profession is concerned (Coffelt, Baker and Corey 2016).
