MODULE 4:
I have went through the self-assessment program and found out about my specific
strengths which help to enhance my skills and knowledge and also lead me to rise in designation.
As per the self-assessment program is concerned I am totally agree with the result as I feel the
strength which it have pointed out are the reasons why I able to move on towards my goal. The
strength which are being specified by the assessment program are communication, achiever,
responsibility, woo theme and also the context theme. I totally agree with the result because
when I started working in a company I tend to mix with my colleague much faster than the other
fellow members who has joined with me. I believe it happened because I am a woo theme person
which help to identify the person very fast than any others which also provide me an extra edge.
I also believe that this nature has risen up because of my communication skill. I believe
communication skill is such a skill which needs to be there if the person wants to succeed in life.
This is the reason I personally work for it and increase my communication skill which increases
the opportunity in my working life. Taking responsibility is also one of the important things
which is needed for the development of the professional life. It is also helped me to keep the
balance between the professional life and also the personal life. Achiever is one of the strength
which the system has analysed as the prominent strength. I believe these was shown because
there tendency of me to want for to reach the goal. This has made me to achieve the task
whenever it is assigned no matter it is assigned in my working life and also in my school life.
This tendency or rather which can be stated as the strength which I possess leads me to move
forward and help the organization which I worked in and also it helped me to move forward in
social as well as in my family life. The last strength which was considered by the strength for me

is the context which means that the person who understand the present by searching in history.
This all strength helps me to achieve all the hurdles which have faced in my life and finally
achiever the result which I want to aspire to get in my life. The Laureate Professional
Assessment helps to understand the aspirants which are specifically needed for the development
of the employees which results in development of the skill. As per the assessment made on me it
can be stated that the skills needed to be the part of the corporate world are partially fulfilled.
The strengths which I possess have much use I believe. This will not only help me to rise in
designation purpose but it will also help my career to move on upward slope. In respect to the
Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous (VUCA) world there are many challenges which
are lurking around. The competencies in Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous are
required for the development of the employees working in the companies. The employees need
to be more intelligent in respect to the dealing with the problems which may rise in a company.
As per the analysis is made on my strength it was evident that the quality of achiever and
responsibilities which enhances my nature to achieve the work with providing full
responsibilities leads to increase the scope for my strength. I believe the communication skill
also one of the qualities which will help me to deal with the challenges which may rise in the
corporate world and hence the company may see a steep rise in my career. As per the business is
concerned I have the strength of the woo theme and also the context theme which are needed for
the development of the career working in the company. As per the strength concerned the woo
theme helps to mix with new groups of people and also the strength of context theme which help
to dig the past for getting the answer increases my researching skill and hence when the business
are investing for the new projects will help to achieve the goal because it requires extensive
research for the development of the project and also make sure if any kind of risks arises while

conducting the project it can be backtracked by observing the problems which are faced
previously. This helps the company to grow and finally achieve the objective of the project.
