very important because individual strengths which are show in the personality test will be helpful

my personal growth and development. When I will use my strength than it can also be an
inspiration for others and it will also helpful for guiding others. If I will use my strengths than it
will not take much time for me to recover those areas in which I am lacking. With my strength
of using leadership skills, it would also be helpful for me to do the work as a confident leader.
