The aim of the report is to conduct an analysis of the novel activity that has been
undertaken by me. The activity that has I undertaken is the meditation. I felt that the
meditation would allow me to find the required compose that would be beneficial for my
personal development, the impact of which might be felt in the professional level as well. As
such, I would use the R of reflection. The parameters that would be involved in the discussion
would include the aspect of the Reporting, Responding, Relating, Reasoning and
Reconstructing. The theory of Self determination would be utilized in order to provide
effective analysis of the experience gained in the process.
Reporting- As a part of the process, I had taken up the activity of meditation. As a
person in real life, I am very agile and effective when it comes to engaging with certain
activities. I tend to take up initiative in the activity and very energetic when it comes to the
execution of the activities. I also engage a lot with the social and personal life that is filled
with activities. As such, it has come to my realization that I do not invest sufficient time in
dealing with the inner part of the self and providing it with composure. All these feelings
allowed me to pick up the activity of the meditation. I used some soothing music in the
background while I used to meditate. The cumulated process used to provide me with a
compose of my mind and allowed me to speculate on certain things that I have not indulged
with before.
Responding- In responding to the activity of meditation that I had undertaken, it
came to my notice that the process had been beneficial not for my psychical self but also for
my physical self. It allowed me to gain a compose in my daily activities. The resultant
outcome was the extensive participation of mine in the activities and the presence of mind
and the analytical thinking that I have been able to come up with. However, the most
