INTRODUCTION
Personal development is known as the life long process. it is a continuous way to improve
the skills as well as qualities to realise the maximise the potential of the people (Lazarus and
Ferris, 2016). It increase employability prospects ,leads to a high quality life, rise the confidence
within an individual. Present report lay emphasis on the personal development skills with the
helps of some articles such as Entrepreneur, artificial intelligence ,privacy data leak and self
destruction of e-books reveals a dark digital truth. Report focuses on the reflection in the group
presentation .based in that reflection elaborate the areas where need a development and at last
provide an action plan of development through professionally

An Entrepreneurs is an individual who is able to create a new business,can bear most of the
risks as well as enjoy rewards. They are commonly known as innovator,a source of new
services,ideas ,business and goods (Kao and et.al., 2016). They play a vital role within an
economy by using their skills as well as bring new ideas the market.
Through various articles and authors I can learnt that from virgin group case that
Entrepreneurs must not be shy as being an introvert it will be extreme difficult to find a verbal
communication with the managers as well as employees. Richard Branson manages very little in
his vast rage of the worldwide business (Ciulla and et.al., 2018) . I asked myself that what would
be the most benefit for my business and the answer came from inside that as an Entrepreneur
can never be an introvert as it creates many problems to establish a business. Even in an
individual life introverts play a major disadvantage such unable to communicate other people
and also express new ideas and vision in front of others. .Privacy leaks is an important issues in
today's world so we have to control of what we share whom we share our details. Company like
google provides to hide our location through our smartphones (Simpson, Robertson and White,
2019).I also learnt that research and reading skill can easily developed by various sources such as
articles,books as well as internet. I learnt this skill from my elders from reading work of other
people hence it will also increase my communication skills as well as personality. with the help
of critical thinking i can easily link up the things as it allows to compare as well as synthesis new
information with various different sources.

New information has been presented Such as introverts are not successfully handled an
organization,as there needs a strong communication skills for the self development and for the
success of the business. virgin group from 2005 focuses on their charitable activities and also
space tourism. so Richard Branson is an introvert person (Raffaelli and et.al., 2018). good
technology skills are also required for the self development .in market big technology company
provides the various smartphone which are very productive for an individual self development in
terms of the study as well as self development improving skills.
Also Academic Writing is a clear ,focused backed up by some evidence. its aim is help reader's
understanding as it is not complex and there is no need of uses of ling as well as complicated
vocabulary. it allows me to write in more professional manner with less grammatical errors.
Hence larger my vocabulary it will become easy for me to present my ideas.
My Academic writing skill (grammar and vocabulary skills) are weak and I really want to
improve it (Mitchell, 2017). It helps me to make advance in my carrier. as makes me to
understand better as well as i can figure out sense of text. it also enhanced professional image
and it also helps me to to secure good job as skills impress the interviewer the hoped not to
send people to the space but also providing its personal brand name to enhance the opportunities
in the united states (Feng, Chen and Tang, 2018). The virgin also in favour the start up groups
that can relies on the private investment for finance. So it helps to make me think that brand
value plays a major role to increase the importance of the goods as well as services among the
customers. Big technology company uses the various approaches to address privacy related
problems such as google and Apple smartphones hide live location of an individual like me.
Who do not want to share location of their own (Kagitcibasi, 2017).
Use the information such as Increasing communication skills is a process to understand
and sharing. being an active listener is a part of the communication as more are focused in what
they want to say more on what other person is saying. through verbal communication I can
increase my professional image as it helps to make a good impression on my friends as well as
family members and also on employer (Walsh, 2019). All of them want me to convey a positive
message. Good communication also improves the public speaking skills that can be very useful
for me in each and every aspect of life. With the help of technology police malpractices is also
caught within the camera. it helps to identify suspects. Technology skills helps to identify
various privacy threats like I cannot provide my personal information .technology skills can

improves my education also (Penderi and Rekalidou, 2016) .with the helps of technology such
as Smartphone uses now I can learn with the help of internet as I am very weak in my studies
so it helps to identify that where I did mistakes in my past and learn through the live
lectures .here technology can improves teaching as well as learning and helps me to be
successful. for example digital communication and can helped to understand various difficult
concepts and also to better understand the concepts (Nightingale and et.al., 2019). time
management skills also plays a crucial factor in day to day life of an individual or in a team.
I am not fully understand about the information as I am very weak in the communication
skills so for that I took helps from my seniors and my collogues and also took the helps from
the internet which helps to increase my technology as well as communication skills stronger.
2. Elaborate the ideas of the where further development is necessary
As I mention above that I am very weak in the Academic sskills so I can develop my
skills through professional communication (Jamali, Karam and Blowfield, 2017). It is a key
employability skills which has the ability to clear express as well as communicate the complex
ideas accurately and precisely. Grammer and vocab exist in written,spoken as well as visual
forms .as reading ,writing ,speaking listening , and also the use of digital technology. it assist me
to Academic communication is also known as scholarly communicative. it will also increase my
learning potential. it can includes the words as well as structures that are used to express ideas
and understand things and also the update methods. As understanding capacity regarding to new
things is very less ,but update of new software regarding to the communication is pretty good
(Simon, 2019). in professional communication such as problem solving skills I am also very bad
in that .this skill is very important as it is important not only for professional life but also for
daily life. as it helps to sort out various problems in day to day basis. so here development is very
vital For that responding as well as asking question s in the class room is necessary. There must
be a practice presentation within the class as this is a great skill to develop .as it is very
necessary for individual who are not speaking. Presentation also helps to become the good
listeners. By providing students extra motivation such as offering them reward (Jamali, Karam
and Blowfield, 2017).
Also an individual can develop their effective skills by habits of underlying as well as
highlighting the parts where it can support the answers as well as support their answers. as it
encourage them to develop their communication skills .

Time management skills also need improvement as unable to manage the time for various
day to day activity creates problems and also in professional life (Penderi and Rekalidou,
2016) .such as came office at late ,assign work at late timing not in suitable time and also arrange
meeting in not at given time creates mes in anyone's life and it impact on other employees also.
