INTRODUCTION
The term self development and responsibility is a procedure which gives assessment of
life goals and fulfillment their potential needs (Darling-Hammond and Cook-Harvey, 2018).
This will allows taking responsibility and taking charge of their actions and reaching objective
but lead to fulfilling their purpose should be defined. To understand this assessment, they should
prepare their success for self development and responsibility. In this report, it includes project
workshop activities for developing their social awareness and ethical responsibility through
reading logs, academic writing, CV writing and how project work to meets its learning
outcomes.
MAIN BODY
How and why have project workshop activities developed your social and ethical awareness and
responsibility
The project workshop activities are determined their social awareness of students is
ability to monitor and evaluate inner capability of students. To develop self awareness which is
allow to be understand their external experience of people and evaluate their past to increasing
negative effect. They have to understand their capability to understand thoughts, emotions and
values as well as knowing their factors of influencing systems and their behaviors of others.
Personal development helps to contributes satisfaction and success of life and increase self
improvement skills. Social responsibility related to this project workshop activities to increase
their brand image and consider public image when they decide whether to involve in this project
workshop or not (Epstein, 2018). Businesses also committed to ethical practices and recognize
it. Better commitment of other projects so that it will be easy to develop their workshop activities
and participating. It is difficult to imagine that there is a staff that would not prefer to work of an
organization which is positively within their sector. It increases those members of these projects
who have working in a project workshop and develop their ethical standards and social
responsibility. It is helpful for cost savings which means that sourcing of cost from manufacturer
and it is not necessarily to understand these activities. Changes in any methods and any
production activities can often results to reduce their cost and benefit to improve their
sustainability of project. Various competition are there and usually all people are doing

something for many other project activities and are associated for a specific project
responsibility.
Some ethical awareness determines what is wrong and what is right in this project
workshop activity (Gregory, 2019). It convey that great deal to part in this workshop and
conduct their project wisely so that it will also improve their communication skills also if their
project are entertain and they have to communicate any people in this workshop. To manage
their ethics in workshop are establishing an ethics management program and convey values,
morals and various policies and procedures to guide and motivate their behavior for conducting
their training program and executing it all depends upon organization. To preparing their success
in self development and responsibility defined to accomplishing their targets and understand and
develop their personal development program. Through personal development they should
identify skills and improvise that skill which are help to prepare and part in this project workshop
activities. To develop their professional skills and be successful for this workshop they have to
identify some skills which are required and perform well, most important thing is that there is
task based skill which has to identify some things which helps for manager to execute their plan,
manage projects and run their project in an efficient manner. It also helps to planning, designing
and executing their plan activities on a regular basis if project have maintained perfect. This also
helps to build many workshops with the help of identifying and learn some leadership skills and
qualities to perform better function in all these activities.
These mini project workshops have contributed importantly to my employability and
begin with strength and weaknesses. To working on this project it determine my strength and
weakness have evaluated and how can I used these skills properly to perform this project
workshop effectively (Noe and Kodwani, 2018). Also I have learned some skills which are
required to complete this project and learn how to answers some question related to my
weaknesses. As I have learned writing in precise manner and quality cover letter is very
important to employability. For an applicant, it is significant that I have learned that I will need
to state when I m thinking that I should top of all other applicants due to high competition in this
workshop.
For updating a CV which was helped me too that I have understood how I should present
myself and how I express my skills and experiences and identify job match in their resume. One

has my own qualifications which is do not fit in this job curriculum vitae and reduce my
employability. As a result, I have learnt through my CV is to be an attractive employer in this
field. Besides that, I have also enhanced my communication skills that I have learn and
improvise to communicate so many people regarding this project workshop (Paul, 2019). These
skills are essential or crucial for all team members because to present their project in workshop
and most employers have their preferences to make presentations about this for their team
leaders and fluent people.
The term academic writing defined that students must expected to produce in class what
professors use to write scholarly and which is clear and concise in nature and the main purpose
to reader understands. Example of academic writing is a teacher or scholar at a college or
university which means what a teacher would write on report card of student who gets a grade A.
In order to reflect my learning outcomes through these project workshop activities I will
identify three modules learning outcomes and reflect range of possible issues in workshop. I will
identify suitable literature review regarding this project on my learning experiences. This will
help me to develop my own skills and experiences for further development. The first learning
outcome is to recognize the importance of this project how they reflective and understand the
process of these outcomes and second identifying difference between my data are should be
collected as compare to other data collection. The third one is examine non verbal and verbal
skills which I have to be identified including silence, open and closed questions to gather more
information regarding other related topics. This outcome related to my responsibility how my
one learning to development and recognize when further learning are required. Problem based
learning is a centered approach to this project and integrate theory and practice while applying
nay knowledge regarding this project are used to create many solutions to defined various
problems and ensure that there is an opportunity for students to explore this workshop and
concepts in many variety of feasible solutions.
Reading logs is a journal where person can record all details and note what they read and
how many pages are summarize what person needs and wants. For projects are they should note
the details of projects it will be easily too identified to make a brief summary and numbers which
have to write. It is helpful to write notes for reading log while they are reading. Write summary
of all sections which include main idea and identify many problems as well as important details.

Write response in opinion for section of book which includes quotes from book and how felt that
notes are reading regarding this project and they can easily launches their workshop activities.
Self development defined that gaining some information which is needed to personal life and
acquire more information and skills which are required to changes in sake of learning (Tsybulsky
and Muchnik-Rozanov, 2019). To maintain their knowledge and throughput their one life
because self developments gain such valuable information for person working life should be
identified. It is desire to find their own freedom to connect many people and sense of worth to
integrity and happiness.
CONCLUSION
As per above information, it has been concluded that self development and responsibility
are generated to some freedom and happiness. It is long term procedures when it is necessary to
become a familiar with new topic and it encourages students to compete their project on timely
basis. In this report, it cover for preparing for self development and responsibility, how and why
project workshop activities through reading logs, examples of academic writing, how project
meets their learning outcomes and up to date CV.
