INTRODUCTION
Preparing group presentation mainly helps in developing better understanding
and aid in acquiring different skills and abilities. Personal development mainly helps
in achieving success in life by developing key areas which are lacking and needs
improvements. Preparing for success is important as it helps in making progress for
achieving desired results for acquiring and adapting various opportunities in the
dynamic market to achieve better career option. It is the main responsibility to
develop self and achieve success with constantly taking various steps with setting
clear goals for achieving success by acquiring various skills and abilities. This
portfolio provides details about the self-development and the responsibility as
reflecting about the learnings from group presentation and the module . Further
explaining the areas of development and the skills to be achieved as for developing
and achieving success in career. Lastly designing the action plan for achieving the
areas of improvements which helps in development at personal and professional
level.
Reflecting on the performance of the group presentation
While designing the presentation with the group of members , as while
working in the team I have learned about achieving success in life, as it is mainly
defining about setting goals and working harder for achieving success in life. In the
Academic’s success is mainly about achieving the good scores and grades while
performing well in the exams and presenting the acquired information with full
confidence (Lee and Liu, 2022). I have learnt about success as properly structuring
and reenforcing skills for presenting in large group of individuals , also representing
diverse individual opinions while designing the presentation. This will help me in
building trust and working effectively with team members for completing task in
future. As while designing this group presentation for success, I have acquired
various skills while distributing the task in group of member for machining the
presentation as helped me in acquiring better leadership skills and performing with
team members in successful manner helps in improving my team working skills. With
designing the presentation I have learned the leadership and team working skills as
this will help me in guiding and engaging the individuals for giving state of knowledge
and the team working skills learners from the presentation. Further the teamworking

skills ill help me in working with diverse background individual for accomplishing the
shared goals in future.
While designing the part of presentation I have learned good communication
skills as for presenting it into the classroom and effectively coordinating by
communication the task for completing it on time. Also, while developing the
presentation has helped me in learning about the researching skills as for identifying
the full information for achieving success in life and defining about various skills to be
acquired. This developed my presentation skills to be better researching and
gathering information for identifying the issues faced in life and achieving success.
While presenting the information In front of the classroom and developing the
content of this orientation has helped me in learning about being more punctual. This
results in achieving success by being organised and prioritizing the working for
completing it on time with setting the daily routine and commotion of the task and
assignments of the academics. With this presentation I have learned more about
communication and presentation skills, as to set the clear purpose to be
communicated to engage audiences by using clear language and actively listening.
This helped me In developing new ideas for communicating message for engaging
the audiences. I have learnt about working and collaborating effectively with group
of members this helps in boosting creativity by exchanging the opinion and thought
with other for completing the work with more effective knowledge . as by discussing
on the valuable topics as for presenting the information about success and required
skills supported in contributing and improving my critical thinking skills. Working
collaboratively will help me in accomplishing the task in easy manner, as it supports
in building trust and better relations for achieving common gaols in future.
Further, various new information is being presented with working in the team
while designing the presentation is planning in life is very important as to organise all
the task and machining short plans with taking actions to achieve them,. Planning in
the academics and in the professional life will help me in examining various
problems being faced while completing and achieving task in life for achieving
success. But with the lack of planning skills will hinders in achieving success. Further
I have also learned about the importance of engaging time in life and asking
questions while pursuing the education. Asking questions after completing the class
lectures helps in resolving the instant doubts about the topics which is being

communicated by the teachers also managing time by prioritizing the task and work
supports in academics by completing the assignments on time (Zaghloul, 2018).
Whereas with the lack of my time management skills hinders in completing the
project on time.
It was very interesting as to communicate the whole information of the task as of
designing the group presentation with the team member it helps in encouraging and
giving the opinions and thoughts for achieving success In life. it helped me in
learning from the different members the groups about the importance of time
management, planning, importance of communication in the academics and in the
professional life achieving success.
While developing the presentation with the group of member I will use the
information which I have learned and which is newly presented in designing the
prestation. by being punctual will help me in completing the task and working in more
organised manner by completing it before time. As by doing so this helps in
removing the distractions and being more concentrated for completing it on time for
achieving success in life. Also, I will use good communication skills for developing
better relations and sharing thoughts with ither helps in gaining more knowledge
about other opinions. This will help in academics by properly communicating with my
teachers and taking feedback from my improvements while pursuing the academics.
This helps in developing various capabilities for achieving success by taking
feedback and identifying the lacking areas. Communication skills help me in better
interacting with individual and enable to perform for achieving good career options
and opportunities for grasping best job opportunity. Further using time in more
efficient manner will help me in accomplishing my goals with more determination and
enthusiastic manner with planning and adhering all the issues. As planning in future
for achieving success will help me in taking various decision in more easy manner by
prioritizing the task to be achieved in the planned manner. Also acquiring time
management skills will help me in better performing as for completing task on time,
as by scheduling for being organised will help me in gaining better employment
opportunities for tackling all the task on time and reduces stress with managing work
life.

Thus, designing the presentation with the group of members will help me in acquiring
the importance of various skills which helps in achieving success. As further
developing theses skills for improvements in the career success and pursuing
academics in successful manner(Trinidad, Raz and Magsalin, 2021). With attending
this presentation, I have also learned about presenting the information with working
in team , also learned about the importance of attendance and taking note in class
helps in better learning and asking questions in class helps in solving issues
Areas of development
As from the above reflection various academic and professional skills and
knowledge that I need to develop for pursuing my future career and which helps in
achieving success as planning skills, developing time management skills,
researching skills, critical thinking skills, adaptability and being punctual and
developing the leadership skills, being responsible (Abbasovna, 2022). These are
my weakness as not being able to manage the time, and lead the team members as
to complete the task on timely manner and set deadlines. With the lack of plaining
and adaptability skills I need to develop for improving an achieving employment
opportunity in future.
This helps in developing more concentration on my studies and aids in
supporting by leading towards success with developing the competence ability to
success . as by developing the planning skills helps in taking various actions to
implement the ideas into the reality because this ill help me in organise my thought
and my feeling as for implementing by taking various actions to achieve the ultimate
goals as for achieving success in academic and pursuing carer in future. Also with
developing the time management skills will support me in acquiring better career by
prioritizing all the task as for completing it on time. This helps in achieving and
completing the work in more productive manner by stabilising the stressful situation
with managing my time. This skills will help me in academic as for completing all my
given assignment before time by prioritizing and scheduling the time limit for
submitting it on time for achieving higher grades. Further these will help me in being
more organised and manage work by being focused with minimising the distractions
for achieving the ultimate goals of success in life. Also with the lack of researching
skills hinders in obtaining the best alternative solution by researching in the intranet,

with acquiring these skills helps in developing the ability to search and gather

As by collecting information and resolving the issues and problems with selecting the
best alternative by researching thoroughly helps in successfully researching about
various affects.
More over, with the lack of critical thinking skills hinders in taking and
choosing the solution by not able to identify the problems being occurred. As by
acquiring the skills supports in developing the ability to task various decisions by
solving problems with brainstorming about various ideas as a solution. These skills
helps in solving problems in efficient manner in life and in academics by increasing
the quality in acquiring studies (Balogun, 2022). Further with the lack of adaptability
skills hinders in adapting changes in positive manner. This helps in avoiding the
distractions and failure situation for achieving success by positive adopting the
change’s while pursing academics and in future career. Also, with the lack of
responsibility hinders in achieving the academic goals in efficient manner and

but various skills which needs to be acquired as for developing and achieving
success in life. With designing the action plan helps in targeting and acquiring the
