1. Introduction:
Self-development and responsibility is important for an individual as it is important to be known so that it is easy for them to achieve goals and
mission (Bassok, 2017). This report is based on mini project a workshop which was attended. The mini workshop is based on online platforms and
digital marketing which are trending in this contemporary business environment. This report consists of mini project workshop specifications and
appendices which includes several topics.
2. Answer to the question: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and why
they contributed towards the development of your social and ethical awareness and responsibility. (500
words)
In university, mini project workshops are important to be attended by students as they help in increasing and enhancing the level of knowledge
at higher scale. Moreover, the workshop which was attended by me was beneficial for my future and growth development also necessary for me to
apply my appropriate type of knowledge to the workshop. So this mini project workshop was based on digital marketing and online marketing
concept (Aleluia, 2017).Main purpose of this workshop was to increase and enhance the awareness of changes as well as new technologies in
business environment which are required to be adopted in order to achieve competitive benefits. This workshop is beneficial because it makes me
understand the importance of digital marketing in business and how it is becoming more trending due to this ongoing pandemic situation. So it is
critically essential for every business to adopt digital marketing tools through which it is easier to accomplish all goals and objectives without facing
any problem. When I attended this workshop it was a new thing for me and where I met the new people as well as their perception level were to be
understood by me. Furthermore it was seen that this had to be out in clearing of my mind set as well as skills how I can use done at appropriate level.

1 Main strength is that I am capable of managing and
handling the critical problems and due to which it is
easy for me to examine deliver positive output.
1 My main weakness is that due to work pressure, it
become difficult for me to analyses which task is to
be completed at first. Also, this directly impacts
upon my motivation level.
2 My strength is that my confidence level is higher
and which helps me to deal with other people easily.
Through use of my confidence, it is easy for me to
engage with other people in better way.
2 Further, it is too stated that another weakness is
that due to my low communication skills, it is not
easy for me to focus on my other capabilities.
