It is essential for the students to reflect on doing the research. Time management is
important to get good marks for the students and studies depend greatly on effectively managing

Group formation: Belbins Team
There are total 9 team roles such as resource investigation, team worker, co-ordinate, plant,
monitor evaluator, specialist, shaper, implementer and complete finisher. I was playing the role
of coordinator in my group task.

There are several job searches but major two sources which facilitates me to find suitable
job such as Monster or Linkedin. With the help of this source, individual can find suitable role as
per their capability. These job search sites help the candidates to find role as per their ability and
where they can show their skills.
Academic Writing

A typical CV written according to current recruiting requirements must contain the
following parts such as Contact Details, Personal Statement, Job Experience, Details on
Employment, etc. This information helps the recruiters to know about candidates regarding their
educational background.
Cover letter
The cover letter is a device to help the represent yourself during a work interview in a fun,
personal way. A very well-crafted cover letter talks over information about your curriculum vitae
and extends this knowledge for the reader, bringing them on a walking tour to some of your
greatest accomplishments in career and life.
Preparing for an interview
In order to prepare you for the interview, candidates need to prepare them for interview
through preparing some questions which are going to ask by the interviewer. Such as tell me

about yourself?, Why are you looking for a job?, Why should we hire you?, What is your
strength? And What is your dream job?.
Employability skills
There are several employability skills which are essential to have such as communication,
teamwork, problem solving, self management, learning’s and planning. Communication is the
skill, which is used to transfer the information from one person to another. Teamwork is of
critical significance in today's multidisciplinary world. During the history, when most workers
were supported by people on a assembly line doing one thing every day during the industrial
period-teamwork was not as necessary as it is today.
