1. Introduction
In every individual life, success plays important role on basis of goals are achieved. In this education and
corporate world, it is essential to focus on how goals are to be achieved. (Semple, 2018). Main aim of this
report is to understand individual success and goals. This is necessary to be aware about objectives as
well as goals in everyone life
2. Summary: Specify the mini project workshops that you attended and explain how and why they
contributed towards the development of your employability skills (500 words).
I attended min project workshops of digital marketing campaign that was organised in Aston University.
Through attended of this mini project workshops improved my level of learning and it also contributed
towards my development of employability skills as because in this mini workshop many new organisations
came displayed their campaigns regarding their products as well as services. Furthermore, it helped me in
improving of my employability skills as many new ideas were also communicated between students &
professionals. It helped me out in accessing to my inner capabilities on basis of which I become aware
about expectation of professionals & what skills are required to get employability were determined. During
attending of these mini project workshops, I meet with many new people and share my idea of future
growth and also developed the awareness about how new technologies are impacting upon digital
marketing and their usage in business sector. As my goals is to get a job in digital marketing field this mini
project was crucial for me to attend appropriately. I also get opportunity of internships during this workshop

From above report, it has been seen that it is essential to prepare for success and improve knowledge
accordingly on basis of which it is easy to make decisions about goals in specific way. Moreover, an individual
cannot achieve goals if learning is not gained properly. Thus, it is crucial for both learners as well as teachers to
adopt appropriate learning so that correct mapping is done for accomplishing of goals.
