The University always try to prepared students for their future success. In respect of that it
generate self development as well as responsibility. The report combines of portfolio summary
on how each project workshop generate sense of social and ethical awareness along with
responsibility.
MAIN BODY
Summary
The students are the future employee so that awareness in respect of social and ethical
responsibility is essential to generate by the university in their workshop activity. The educators
recognise the students their capabilities to become more strengthen towards future leaders that
develop sense integrity in the classroom (DeRobertis, 2017). The academic educators in the
curriculum in more effective manner with the changing sentiments of the knowledge of society.
Through this habits are continues develop for more ethical practices that is necessary for future
leaders. The sense of integrity is essential part of the workshop activity that contains benefit of
the community principle in more social, positive development harmony actions. Instead of
societal forces it will leads towards association integrity. It will contribute students to develop
value of truth, honesty, ethical, social, and justice practice that is automatically attached with the
self awareness in terms of sociability to figure ability. The workshop activities aim towards self
awareness to compass integrity.
These activities combines of 5 ways to develop employability skills and academic skill so
that awareness of social and ethical will develop. The Infuse in respect integrity towards
classroom culture. The norm of in classroom activity into the academic integrity to reduce the
consequences of cheating (Sydykova and et.al., 2018). This strategy will justify and defeat the
system of improve the grading system so that student will develop culture foster integrity with
courage and hard work. Second one is incorporate fundamental values in the sense of
responsibility, honesty, fairness and respect into the practice of curriculum to understand the

believes. Third one is respond in correct way to avoid the sense cheating consistency in the
classroom behaviour to improve the awareness in teaching and learning pattern. Four one is
make more believe in students so that it will automatically develop the believe of self efficacy in
order so that passion will generate to provide opportunity to next generation. The modelling of
the clear value act of generating in learning practice. It will contribute self acceptance through
employability skills that belongs to different background. The ability of student learning will
covers all the success in order to overcome the obstacles. Five one is conversation to boost the
coordination and communication to develop positive work in the working environment. Through
the work shop activities it will automatically develop skills knowledge and competence that
generate sense of effective relationship for developing more positive mindset for the reflective
conversations. It will contribute productive results towards social and ethical awareness.
CONCLUSION
From the above report it has been concluded that University workshop activity develop
overall sense of awareness of social and ethical in the students that will develop skill and
knowledge for creating more future potential.
