Introduction
Personal and professional development is very important for an individual it enables
them to perform defined operations with greater efficiency and effectiveness. Personal
development help in personal growth and gains. Both personal and professional
development helps students to gain competitive advantages in their academic life. This
project covers various dimensions of personal development planning and overview of
different strengths, weaknesses in an individual that impact their performance. Along with
that development of social and ethical awareness and responsibility is explained.
How and why have the project workshop activities developed your social and
ethical awareness and responsibility?
The ethical awareness and responsibility play a crucial role in an individual's life by
developing effective approach. The project workshops are most important source of development of
information which is useful in order to increase the chances of success. This is one of the major
roles and responsibilities of an individual to focus on development of project workshop activities in
order to gain desired success. In the recent times, it is major role of an individual to analyze major
sources of knowledge and learning increasing in order to achieve career related milestones. The
social learning and development is facilitated with the help of project workshops which are
conducted on regular basis. The key focus of a person should be project workshops for
enhancement of different skills and development. Social skills and learning are to be facilitated by
professors in order to increase the chances of growth and expansion in personal life. The ethical
awareness is a major factor which helps in increasing the competencies and abilities. In the recent
times, increasing the involvement of students in the studies is very much important while taking into
consideration project workshop activities. Social awareness is also important for an individual to
develop primary focus on developing social approach and capabilities. This is also one of the key
roles of a project workshop to provide effective and latest ways to improve learning and
development. The major academic institutions focus on development of key activities which are
required to facilitate workshop-based solutions.
In order to gain competitive advantage in the academic as well as personal life, it is crucial for
students to develop a systematic and precise approach. The workshop which was conducted,
helped in increasing the knowledge related to contemporary social happenings in the country. It is
major role of a candidate to analyze the importance of social goals and objectives which are to be
achieved with the help and support of social approach-based strategy. The project workshop also
included various experts who were effective in development of a systematic approach in
management of daily life consequences and challenges. In order to increase the overall efficiency
and effectiveness of an individual, it is compulsory to develop systematic approach in management

of social life. The major role of a person is to increase the potential of self which is helpful in
development of personal life-based strategy. It is major role of an individual to analyze the key
importance of social development in the practical life to increase chances of growth and expansion.
The project workshop also helped me to increase the chances of overall development in order to
gain competency edge. In order to increase the chances of a candidate's success, it is important role
of an individual to maintain discipline. The key role of a person in the academic life is to develop
social and ethical responsibilities in order to serve the society. The main social related aspects are
helpful in increasing overall development of society in order to increase the chances of success. Skill
development is also one of the major approaches which helps an individual to deal with social
issues. In order to develop in depth understanding of social knowledge, it is important role of an
individual to analyze major strengths and weaknesses.

Importance and value of the Appendices (10 Documents) that I have compiled
and provided as part of my portfolio in relation to my development of social
and ethical awareness and responsibility during the module.
It is very important for an individual to concentrate on developing various values to perform
operations in efficient manner. SWOT analysis is the tool that helps me to analyze all
capabilities and areas of improvement. Practical knowledge is also important to develop
effectiveness in different scenario. In corporate world also, skills that are developed during
academic life plays important role to perform business operations in best possible manner.
Professional development helps to perform operations in effective way. Decision making
help to take efficient decisions. I have developed various social and ethical awareness as
well as responsibility during the module that helps me to attain the objective of growth and
development.

Conclusion:
As per above report, it can be concluded that development of personal and professional
skills helps to perform defined operations and activities in best possible manner and attain
the objective of growth and development. I have attained time-management, presentation,
communication and other skills that help me to perform task with efficiency.
