INTRODUCTION
The university and high education plays important in success generation of students in
order to build their career at higher level. They acts a guide, mentor or leader for providing
appropriate guidance for enhancing self development of students. They will recognise and
prepared student for employability through building high level of skills, knowledge and
capability so that each individual will work in more effective and efficient manner (Alvarez-
Gonzalez, 2017). This will ensure professional and career development of the individual.

Communication is one of the effective that every individual must have for their
professional or academic enhancement (Epstein, 2018). It will ensure suitable flow of valuable
information from one to another level. This is one of the basic fundamental that must involve in
business, student, person etc. With the absence of this skill no medium of exchange of
information take place. This will build and strengthen relation ability in order to increase the
capacity of individual person. While studying or having learning practice communication
accomplish personal or academic set objective. It will ensure positive aptitude in order to study
and enhancing skills level as it will spread the knowledge and important message to solve

Summary
The under graduate student has highly much prospective as it does not have that much of
high experience through the University in building career development. I am adopting model of
Gibbs in generation of reflection so that appropriate learning cycle of organised structure of work
will reflect my real, actual experience (Savicki, 2020). The reflection is associated on basis of
my experience related with learning outcome. I want to uplift my career for future enhancement
will generating more opportunity. I give a single though for increasing more opportunity for
professional career growth. I work upon updating skills of English and Maths that increase my
knowledge and work experience. I prefer top work part time to gaining some experience in
respect of professional growth. The University also plays major role for my career growth by
guiding proper direction to update professional skill. The university is the further stage to
increase the level of experience. Only experience is not sufficient, learning practices also major
important for generating potential opportunity for professional enhancement. In this report

skill, interest etc. This will ensure effective communication channel for employing in best
opportunity of career. In modern world, more competition will occur so only updated CV
