discussed which plays very essential role in the growth and success of a person.
1. How and why have the mini project workshops contributed towards the
development of your employability?
Mini project workshops Profoundly, these workshops were also directed at enhancing

employment prospects. I have always actively participated in each of these project sessions of
employability value which would be an exceptional increase in my career and employment

5) Time Management: Daily To do List
To-Do Lists refers to the most essential element used by people in order to manage all their work in an effective manner and for beating the
level of competition. By adopting to do list it has been analysed that by mentioning most important task at top and least prioritizing work at the
bottom of the list help in performing all the work in an effective manner. When I was doing my studies this time management to do list help

me in performing all my work in a timely manner and in an effective manner (Finkelstein, Costanza and Goodwin, 2018). These skills will
help me in near future in my professional life as to conduct all the essential work in a specific time period which can provide me opportunities
within the workplace or outer environment in an appropriate manner.

It refers to a method where all the work presented in a timely manner (Huda and et. al., 2018). By including all the functions which has
been conducted by a person in their day to day life are presented with the help of charts which can assist in understanding all the activities in an
effective and appropriate manner. This is one of the most essential skill which has been improved by my tutors by giving proper instructions

and guidelines to me. Along with this, it has also been said that by systematically doing all my activities on a regular basis help me in
completing all the work within given time frame and in an effective manner. Furthermore, this skill will assist me in near future and provide me
better options in my professional life.
7) Action Plan
An action plan refers to a detailed plan outlining of all the actions and skills that are needed to be reached by an individual. They are a sequence
of steps undertaken by an individual in order to reach a certain goal or objective (Lent, 2018).
Goals Action Plan
Time management A requires proper training and a schedule to develop. A to-do list is prepared which is for daily task
as well as weekly task. It will also be taken care of fact that everything is done as per the plan. This
is necessary so that results of this action can be derived.
Improve communication Skills A training is required for this. The training will be for 3 months. It will take proper guidance from
specialist to improve this skill. The classes will be for an hour daily. Daily practice will be required
in order to do good in these classes and improve this skill (Mukhopadhyay and et. al., 2018).
In order to develop this skill a daily routine is prepared. In this routine a list of books, newspapers
and articles is listed. Proper time is distributed in reading all this. It is necessary to complete all this

Develop reading skills work in limited time.
Develop listening skills This skill can only be developed by effectively listening to people. It only requires practice. The
factors which are needed to be taken care of are that no barriers must arise in communication and
proper focus on listener is to be paid.
Team Work Team work can be only developed by working in a team. It is necessary to learn various models of
team development. The Belbin’s models which contains nine roles in a team can also be read in
order to understand personal role in development of a team. In this way an individual can
effectively work in a team and develop various skills.
Develop writing skills This skill requires a lot of practice. I will list down a number of academic writing and formats I need to work on. I will then make a schedule
allotting equal time to each od the format. first, I will focus on reading the format and understanding it. after that I will practice using some
examples in order to improve my writing skill (Martinuzzi and et. al., 2018).

as it is related with education and knowledge. While doing various projects in my
college tenure, it has been said that academic writing help me in various ways as my

which they can represent at the time of appraisal. This is the skill which was not so
effective in me but by taking classes and sessions on a regular basis help in improving the
skill. Therefore, by doing various projects at the time of college duration reflection notes
skills will be improved in an effective manner. As a result, in near future this skill create
value to my professional life and assist me in grabbing ample number of opportunities in
an appropriate manner (Tatham and Christopher, 2018).

It refers to a one or two pages of formal document which is helpful for people those
who are looking for job. They submit it to companies those are hiring. It contains the
