INTRODUCTION
Personal development is all about the self-improvement which includes all the
achievement heightened self awareness, striking an idea work and life balance. This creates more
effectiveness for individual for manage work proper. Personal and professional development is
higher effective for completing higher education and employment. This help to gain better future
job and work for managed work properly in effective manner. The present study is based on self
development and responsibility for completing higher education and employment. The report
will divide into two parts. The 1st part will be written as an essay with guidance of skills and
knowledge. 2nd part will be design and produce action plan by developing personal development
plan. The PDP is helpful for manage and improve all those skills which are highly important for
becoming successful employee in reputed organization.

Self development is an important quest. This help to finding out their own freedom for
connect the sense of worth, happiness and integrity. By attending class and lectures, students get
higher opportunity to working and building their work as well as ready to become a successful
in the future. This is the effective and valuable process to improve ourself by making effective
and valuable habits and activities. With the help of this management and people have greater
opportunity to good working in the future. This an important for creating wonderful and effective
success. For improving skills each and every people required to do hard work by using various
activities and some practical work (Saunders and et.al., 2018). Communication skill is very
important and effective for gaining higher educations and achievement in the future. This skills
are effective for share and convey messages to other which are important for complete work with
the best result and outcomes. Good communication skill is includes verbal and non-verbal
communication and written as well. Those are effective to provide facilities of sharing
information between two people within the student's life for gaining success and company for
gaining various commercial benefits. This is very important and effective creating and achieving
higher success in the future.
Communication skill is plays an important role in people life which is complete with
effective interpersonal skill (Communication Skills, 2018). Interpersonal skill help to make
strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication and are often considered to be the good with

people to learn more effectiveness. This creates higher and greater efforts for manage work
properly. The best communication skill requires a great voice tone which can set whole mood of
the conversation. Tone is helping to understand emotions of other people like they are
communicated with sweet heart corner. Tone of voice is also reflects about the level of emotion
that individual use. Good communication is more than, the saying right thing within the
structure format of work. It is about the communicating information with clarity and in proper
structured manner. This is the important way to asked work properly (Antoniou, Myburgh-Louw
and Gronn, 2016). Before, starting communication with other make sure about goal of work and
structure. Like which topic come first and use step by step communication. Lack of clarity and
structure can result in poor decision and create wider confusion between the people.
I have lack of clarity and structured communication. In which, have requirement to do
hard work improving those skills in effective manner for completing higher education. This
creates more effectiveness. On the other side, communication skill is deals with active listening.
The good communication is all about listening in proper manner or replays by taking more time
to listen like what the another person is trying to say and practice active listening. This is helpful
for conveying message according to view of others. In this, I have to pay more and focused
attention for listen what another says and what is their view of working. Active listening is must
be important for taking the best decision within the discussion (Hutchins, 2016). It is important
think to take and create the best decision for completing higher education or employment in the
future. The strong communication is also required an open-minded as well as commitment to
understand view and ideas of other by managing proper and effective works. This is very
important for higher education to be an open-minded because in this required a more works and
its balance within the studies and course planning. In the employment is also been an open-
minded communication because in that employees and employers have to take decision without
doing any favouritism with employees. This types of decisions are appropriate and favourable
with innocent people (Weinert, 2019). This is a very important for manage effective
communication for higher education and effective employment planning.
For better communication must require confidence level is high. This shows decision and
conversation is on right topic. Demonstrating confidence will give customers and employee and
student faith in abilities for deliver their needs and wants that will be followed through the

Personal development plan.
PDP is the process of establishing aims and objectives what individual want to achieve or
where wanted to go. In that individual want to complete their higher education and gain got
better employment in the future. This help to improve skills at their students and me required
improvement for become a successful employee. I have to improve and increase my all the skills
for completing work in better and effective manner (Arkorful and Abaidoo, 2015). I have various
skill in that need to improve which is identified by work analysis and personal SWOT analysis.
With the help of this model. Find out each strength, weakness, opportunities and threats from
skills. The strengths are helpful for manage work and taking any decisions in any situation.
Weaknesses are creates issues for individual at the time of work because through the weakness
most of the result of work is comes out negative.
This also reflects opportunities which are come up in the future for gaining higher
education and employment. This is an important and effective for growth in the life or in the
better future. Threats are also created more negative impact because at the workplace most of the
time situations are more negative in that employee get fear about the work. There are various
skills I need to improve by using proper activities at the workplace in more effective manner

main aspects which stop to people for completing work in right manner (Jackson, 2015).
Strengths are good leadership skill, organizational skill, time management skill, management
skill, problem solving skill. Those skills are my strength where not need to develop those for
work effectively. On the other side, weaknesses are communication skills like interpersonal,
active listening, tone and structure of work, open-minded and clearly. Those are very important
skills where I need to improvement for better future and higher education. These weaknesses are
highly affected to individuals in their future and at the time of higher education. This help to
make a good opportunity for gain higher growth within the class room. Those are my strength
and weakness where is need to improvement.
For improving weak skill here is mention and produce personal development plan. With
this plan every people are got proper as well as effective work balance by improve skill for
higher education and employment for best (Becker and et.al., 2017). The main purpose to
develop personal development plan which is help to enhance performance, addressing
anticipated changes and addressing career aspiration towards the Bright future. This creates more
effectiveness for work in better future. This is important and effective for managed growth for
