INTRODUCTION
It is very important for students to manage the skills and abilities for managing the work.
It is important for the students to complete the work in an effective manner for doing personal
and professional development. This is a report which includes information about a student’s

objective of getting good jobs after the graduation and college life academics provide various
opportunities for grabbing knowledge and skills for attaining the goals in less time and in an

manner. While attending various sections in universities, student is able to analyse challenges

my self managed learning. By using these platforms, I am able to work properly and enhance
my knowledge and interest regarding business situations and how to work ok in them properly.

This increases comfortable level of the individual. This would make their learning more
flexible, which would keep them encouraged throughout their career.

abilities. Some of my strengths include good communication, better analytical skills.

me to have good communication as it will help me to do all the activities and tasks in effective
manner. There are various tasks and projects in which I have to work in groups. It was important
for me to do my work in proper manner for achieving the goals and objectives in less time. I
know how to communicate in English, French and German. This is my strength as I will be able
to complete different projects easily by communicating in these languages with other people. I
also have good analytical skills. I am able to solve various problems of the research and projects
by using my analytical thinking skills. In future, there are various opportunities at workplace
where I have to use my analytical skills for doing great work.
Weaknesses:
There are few weaknesses which I have and these become hindrance in achieving my goals and
targets in specified time. It is very important for me to work properly by analysing the work for
attaining success in life. I have to work upon my weaknesses so that I will be able to work
effectively and attain success (Moss, Gibson, and Dollarhide, 2014). There are some weaknesses
of mine which includes time managing skills. Ethical practice, stress management and
managerial skills. I am not able to manage time while doing multitasking. I am very bad at
prioritising work activities and achieving the targets and goals. I am also not able to work in
ethical manner. It is very difficult for me to work properly and control the practices which are
against ethics. Managerial skills and abilities are my another weakness which limits me to
achieve goals and targets in specified time. Another factor which I am weak is effective
management of stress. I am not able to work under stressful situations. This limit sin managing
the work in effective manner and achieving the success in work. It is very important for me to
overcome all these situations in order to work effectively.
Opportunities:
There are a lot of opportunities I am having in the academic as well as professional level. As
I am a good scholar student with some necessary and effective skills needed for managing the
work, I am able to work effectively. I have a lot of opportunities in market for getting jobs in
which I can use my potential for doing work.
