INTRODUCTION
Planning is defined as the process thinking activities that are required for attaining all
desired goal and objectives in best possible manner. it important part of getting success and
guide to perform in defined manner to attain all defined goals and objectives. Planning should be
clear and involves the activities of selecting mission, objectives and actions that motivates to
perform defined task efficiently. In planning contains determination of various future course of
actions. The report contains self-reflection, skills and capabilities learn as well as action place is
being mentioned.
TASK1
Reflective statement
The project is divided three sections. In first segment reflection is covered that reflects
overall experience and learning from the assignment. In second as well as third section of report
areas that needs improvement and activity plan is being mentioned.
Gibbs Reflective model:
Gibbs reflective model contains various steps of reflection that facilitates an individual to
explore experiences as well as learnings. The model is intruded by Graham Gibbs in1988 that
provides the proper structure of exploring life experiences. As there are various stages are
include in the model such as description, feeling, evaluation, analysis, conclusion and action
plan. My experiences and learnings form group presentation are defined below:
Description: As there are different activities are organised by my educations institutions for
the purpose of enhancing learning and capabilities of students. These activities include group
presentations, projects, lectures for professors and assignments. A group presentation is assigned
to my group that consist five members including me (LeVine and White, 2017). In the starting of
presentation, I have take initiate in group and divide whole task in various parts and assign them
within all team members according to their skills and capabilities so, work in being done in best
possible manner. We have decided to complete own parts and merge whole work before
submission date. As the presentation includes the information about the concepts of management
that are quite helpful for us to manage things bitterly and enhance knowledge as well. There are
miscommunication take place in group and all members write their part in different fonts and
writing styles that create problem and take lot of time to correct it. But due to miscommunication

we all writer our part in different writing style. This creates problem, so we have decided to
perform corrective actions and complete the presentation before deadline.
Feeling: During the preparing the group presentation various situations are raised that
enhance our experience and learning about the topic and enhance skills to handle situations
properly. In the starting, as I have divided whole work smartly among all them members but the
time of merging various parts of assignment in a report, we realised our mistake as every
member of group prepare their parts in different writing styles. At that time I got frustrated and
we left work for that night. Next day we start work with lot of zeal and effective team work also
motivates us to perform efficiently and complete work on time. As in the staring of presentation,
I have feeling of excitement and nervousness (Waite, and Goodenough, 2018). As how other
team members of thinking about the assignment so we communicate with each other to complete
presentation work without any confusion. At the completion we are satisfied and happy with
outcomes and group efforts.
Evaluation: In the process of completing presentation there are various things are occur in
that some went well and some not or required improvement. As all members of group are ready
to work hard to complete assignment and done quality work as well as provides various
innovative ideas and concepts, support team that help to complete presentation of time with more
efficiency. There are various interesting facts, figures and information is gathers through
research that make our interest in the preparing presentation effectively (Stair and Reynolds,
2020). On the other hand, there are some mistakes such as miscommunication that affect the
overall work, because of that all member prepare their work in different writing styles which
enhance burden. So, I take care all things and improve areas to enhance effectiveness of
presentation.
Analysis: As I have divided work among all group members according to their choice and
capabilities that motivates them to perform in efficient manner and because they have depth
knowledge about work. This helps me as well to choose work of my interest and knowledge that
saves time. For preparing presentation, we have collected data from various primary as well as
secondary sources. I have gathered first-hand information through questionnaire that enhance
reliability and effectiveness of work on the other hand, we used newspaper, library and other
sources to collect reliable data for presentation. As our group presentation is about concept of
management, we use various approaches of management to gain depth knowledge.

Conclusion: Throughout the assignment, I have learnt various skills and capabilities that
enhance my personality as well as help me to perform present and future course of actions
efficiently. I have learnt team-working, manage things, take effective decisions according to
situation, manage time, leadership skills and communication skills. problem solving skills
facilitates me to resolve all problems and conflicts and ensure attainment of defined goals. These
skills and capabilities help to complete future task with efficiency (Duchesne and McMaugh,
2018). All gathered information is utilised to enhance knowledge, understanding and help to
manage all thing according to defined time.
Action Plan: If same thing or situation raised in future, I deal with in more comprehensively
and differently through communicating with group members effectively to maintain
understanding. As before starting work, I have analysed the strengths and weakness of all team
members and provide them work accordingly that help to get desired outcomes. I have taken
active participation in the team work that enhance various skills and capabilities in my
personality and it motivates me to take part in another activities in academic life. I will utilise all
these skills in future to perform take in best possible manner and attaining objectives.
TASK 2
Expansion area of further development
In the process of completing assignment, I have learnt various skills and competencies and
facilitates me to enhance quality of life as well as help to attain various career development
opportunities. Some other skills are areas the need to be developed are defined below:
Communication: Communication is defined as the process of sharing view, ideas, thoughts,
feelings to others. It is most important skills that is used in academic as well as professional life.
I want to improve my oral and written communication skills to convey my ideas to others
effectively and avoid misunderstandings as well. As I have various problems in completing
assignment due to lake of communication so, I take various classes to improve my
communication skills.
Team building- This skill needs to be developed for career development as one person
individual cannot perform the task by own so it must done all task with the help of all employee.
This will contribute some sentiments of synchronisation of efforts in the working place (Duncan,
2018). Lots of conflicts may occurs by putting some efforts towards perspective of team building

because most the employee belongs to different cultural background so only synchronising is not
enough, individual must focus upon some efforts of positive work culture to boost the morale
and confidence of team by improving their relation.
Time management- In the field of management all need to be boost my skill so that all
work can be done in pre determine specific fixed time. This will enhance the level of
productivity in the working environment. It will update overall chance to boost the level of
revenue and long terms sustainability.
Problem Solving: Problem solving skills are very important for completing any work in
efficient manner through solving conflicts and problems (Nakkula, and Toshalis, 2020). It
maintains effective working environment as well as enhance working performance. Problems
need to be resolves on time, otherwise it creates stress and enhance dissatisfaction level.
TASK 3
Action plan
The action of career is very significant one towards structure that will covers some potential in
terms of career opportunity in order to generation of the effective process. This will leads to
deliver some specific direction in order to setting some aspect of career that will act upon proper
plan for future development in career (Dusenbury, 2017). It is most significant in terms of action
plan for career opportunity generation. In the below report some important step has been taken
for action plan that will automatically boost some potential kind of opportunity.
First step-This will capture some point of identification towards overall vision, value and
interest to boost identical kind of skill This will competence in context of potential region. This
step considers referable professional interest towards career development by matching point of
interest.
Second step-This will reflect upon more exploration towards generation of career options by
assigning some data that might fit to career goal. This is generally attached in respect of own
skill through appropriate knowledge.
Third step-It will reflect some examination or count of analysis reference to career option which
is most significant for executing proper plan of action to generate career opportunity. This will
termed as most effective one as assistance for creation of more beneficial option.

update skill such as communication, convincing, informational technology, interpersonal and
digital skill. With these skill I can easily build strong name of company that will update more
