Introduction
Self development is vital as it helps in getting success. This report will shed light on social
and ethical awareness development and brief summary of project workshop activities.
Main body
Development of social and ethical awareness and responsibility in the module.
During the module, it gave understanding about the concept of social and ethical
awareness. Social awareness is the approach of taking perspective and focusing on from different
backgrounds and various cultures (Social Responsibility and Ethics., 2021). Social awareness is
the important element of the classroom behaviour which helps in enhancing the learning. In the
education social awareness plays vital role. As it helps children to improvise the social skills by
communicating with people from different backgrounds. Students who have social awareness
identify available resources easily and utilize them so that needs of the society can be fulfilled.
When they have knowledge of social awareness then it can be seen in their behaviour in the
classroom because the students create such surroundings which is good learning. Social
awareness is helpful in collaboration, professionalism, social responsibility etc. this affect the
academics performance. When students are socially aware then they openly communicate with
the students of other school as they become versatile.
Along with social awareness, ethical awareness is also important. As this awareness is used for
the identification of ethical and moral issues. In order to increase ethical awareness ethical
problems should be identified and checking the seriousness of the issue. Problems are very much
important to communicate because it will help in getting many solutions. Then from various
solutions best option can be selected. Educating about ethics are very important. Ethical conflicts
should have been solved at the early stage because then they can become larger issue. Ethics are
appreciated every where so one should have act in the ethical manner (Mantelero, 2018). Ethical
decisions are based on respect, caring, trustworthiness etc.
Project classes were very important and I had learnt lot by taking these classes. I had improved
my communication skills as earlier my communication was not so good but after attending
classes I realised that my verbal and written both communication skills has improvised.
Improvising communication skill is important because it builds confidence. I realised that now I
am confident enough and can also do public speaking. I believe that when you have command on
communication then one can conquer anything they want. Along with communication I also get

knowledge about advertisement which include promotion, public relations, celebrity
endorsement, selling etc. I have build complete knowledge of advertisement and that will
definitely help me when I will join the company. As I want to work in marketing department so
have advertisement knowledge will increase weightage in my resume. I will apply this
theoretical knowledge in the organisation in which I will work. Basically I understood the
importance of advertisement for any organisation. As no organisation can survive without
advertising their products. Through promotion company can increase their market share and also
enhance brand recognition. Promotion is important so that company can remind its existence to
the customers. In the project classes I learnt about social and ethical awareness. In the classroom
only I understood the correct meaning of ethics. People trust only those who work ethically
correct (LaVan and Martin, 2021).
Although ethical practice are not written in company’s norm to follow but it is common-sense
and have to follow by every organisation and individuals. Social awareness is also crucial. As it
builds strong connections within each other. If you are socially aware then you will never
indulge in negative activity. As this I learnt that after knowing of social awareness I didn’t got
involved in any negative behaviour. The social factor brings discipline in the life and also reduce
stress. Socially aware people will look more positive. I also observed that people who are aware
about social factors bring positive changes in the society. When teacher taught about social and
ethical awareness I observed that after that the behaviour of students has changed and students
get ready to help each other.
Academic writing skills
While in academic writing many skills are to be required for which this could be also
important for having the knowledge about various things which could be important for students.
Therefore, this play the important role while for having the various skills to be find out way for
developing. As academic writing must be written in form of the personal and writer must be
represent in such good way so that help for knowing about the various things which could be

Master Today!, 2020). While this help for making the research and many other reports more
useful and make their sense for having the relevant thoughts. For example, if academic writing
should also have the proper knowledge about the time management and developing more
argument, knowing more audience and trying to take much steps.

This paper might be also important for keeping the organization in knowing about the
various things and making information sharing in well proper manner. Hence, this might be also
important in having the high benefits for academic paper while addressing many things and come
to know about those things which could be important while for having the proper and relevant.
Gradually, this might be also helpful in using the correct grammar, spelling which can't be
overrated. While having the academic paper this might be important and making the sources
available for which the paper can be proper and make the proper correction of the various things.
SUMMARY
This has been seems that communication skills must be important while from the this
might be also help in improving the various things. Hence, the students must be required for
having the better communication and academic skills while through which they can easily make
their better future aspects (Edwards and et.al., 2021). Although, this might be important for
having the benefits in making the proper goals and objective. Advertisement for the organization
that could also have the high impact over those things that could be having for attracting the
customer. While through which that could also help in knowing about the various activities for
which this could be helpful in taking benefits and customer can easily attract. promotion
activities being the part of the every organization in present time. If they will not have the
promotion activities than they cannot make their products introduce to consumer in which they
cannot work and might be impossible for taking market position. While through which this might
be also important in taking the products and services for which they can work and having their
growth for which the large customer can be made.
In the succession for the students many skills and knowledge are to be required for which
they can work and make sure about their goals and objective. Gradually, this seems to be
important and have much benefits while developing those lacking skills (Salimi and Dardiri,
2021). While through which they can seems to be having the self-development and make their
university stream to be perfect. Communication and leadership skills must be important while for
taking much knowledge through which students can have much benefits and easily make sure for
their goals and objective. While for which the organization can easily hire them and have their
better future aspects. This might be also important for having leadership and decision making
skills in student while in any situation as they can take decision and also try to easily make sure
for those things which could be important for them in making the future growth.

Advertisement through which university can also attract the students and organization
can attract their more customer. While this seems to be similar in both the cases they attract to
customer. In keeping the advertisement that could help for having the growth and make the
position for which the customer and many other students and make their future fulfilled. In many
university this could be also important for taking much advantage in which the resources and
many other things can be complete (Alam, 2021). This had been also seems that public relation
and selling also important while for which organization can easily have their benefits for which
they can work and make their proper income sources. Promotion activities that could be also
important while through which the organization can easily make sure about the social trends and
make their more products and services. In which they can have their large benefits and having
the good quality of services and various kinds of products.
Conclusion
Through this report it can be concluded that report has identified the development of social
and ethical awareness and responsibility. Report has also evaluated summary on how project
workshop activities has developed the social and ethical awareness.
