Summary
Self development and responsibility are help for personal development which is also
regarding self-improvement that including self awareness and striking on ideal work life balance.
This is help for developing the potential and sharpening in marketable skills. On the basis of
mini project workshop it is contributed towards employability and there are different portfolios
are used during the session which are summarizing in orders creating theme. In regard to this,
SWOT analysing I have learnt that it is necessary to identify the strength and opportunity so that
it helps to overs come the threats and weakness. Then, according to employability skill it has
been analysed that there are different examples which are related to confidence, adaptability,
presentation, stress managements, accountable and motivation are the element which improved
my knowledge regarding employability skill. Also, by CV I have identified that there are
different ways which helps to evaluate the impressive qualities in order to provide all the details
on one document. Ethics are one of the necessary for enhancing knowing regarding rules and
regulations followed by the company and how individual can manage their life accordingly.
Further, on the basis making portfolio it helps to provide the knowledges of decision-making
process by making different choice in order to identify the decision I learnt how to make the
decision by step process. Also, have understood how to make strategic decisions in order to take
tactical actions regarding the things done in class. This portfolio help in further life of corporate
world where I need to take the decisions for team and organizations in order to complete the goal
of company.
In addition to this, codes of ethical practices is one of the important part of learning by
this I have learnt about the integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, professional competence,
professional behaviour etc. all the elements are important for using the best practice regarding
follow the guideline for honesty and integrity. Also, the another portfolio is related to Job
descriptions which helps to enhance my knowledge in order to summarize all the essential
responsibility, activities, qualifications and skill that wills work in the nears future when I will
presenting the job description as HR manager. Then, I have learnt goals and objective of mine
which help to completed on the basis of professional development plan. This is one of the best
strategy which helps to aiming for future development. Further, on the basis of reflection skill I
have analysed that it is necessary to works on this practice because it help tos identifying about
how much we getting the point regarding particular portfolio or project. Also, it also works for

enhancing the knowledge regarding session. By reflections practice I have learnt on the basis of
clarify the idea regarding different practice such as read, ask, watch and feel. For teacher, it is
one of the systematic process that develop new insight regarding systematic reviewing process.
12 Evidence – Reflection
Reading: I have chosen to read evidence as it has helped me to improve my critical thinking
skills and also helped in improving my reading skills as well. On the other hand it has also
helped me in increasing my focus , memory and also increase my communication skills.
Furthermore , it has enabled me to learn mew things which has helped to build confidence to
interact and coordinate with other which is useful for achieving future goals(Surmanov, and
Azimova, 2021). Reading not only helped me to better communicate with other but also assisted
me in improving my mental health as well.

Reflective practices:Reflective practices refers to the ability to reflect on the person actions in
order to understand the experience which is very important in learning and teaching . This
evidence is taken into consideration as it has helped me to identify my positive and negative
pints through my own experience and I have become more self -aware(Yu, and Liu, 2021) . On
the other hand it has helped me to interact more with my colleagues and contribute effectively in
team work.

Academic writing:Academic writing is defined as the clear .concise, and structured writing and
also helps in readers understanding. This has been chosen as an evidence as it has helped in
improving my writing and critical thinking skills which can be helpful in successful achieving
my career goals(Santini, 2018). Furthermore, with developing the strong academic writing skills
will helps add new and innovative things which helps in increasing my ability which can be
helpful for me to achieve higher goals in the future.
Referencing: It refers to the literacy that enable the learner to acknowledge the work of others
and also helps to add more ideas to the existing knowledge of others. With the helps of this tool
it has helped me include the contribution of the work of the other writers (Chen, Alexopoulou,
and Tsimpli, 2021). With the help of this I learnt the correct method of referencing and citation
which is done in the project which is basically needed to enhance the credibility and reliability of
the work that I will present.

Subordinating conjunction:Subordinate conjunction refers to the word or phrase that is linked
with the dependent clause to the independent clause. On the other hand it is considered as an
important component in developing the sentences(Mashami, and Gunawan, 2018). With the
help of correct use of this conjunction it will help in forming correct grammatical sentences
which contributes in delivering quality work and also helps in developing the effective writing
skills.
Critical thinking skills : Critical thinking refers to the ability of an individual to effectively
analyse the information and on the basis of that make the critical judgment. In order to
effectively achieve higher goals it is necessary form me to have effective critical thinking skills
which will helps me take better decisions which also help me to analyse my other skills in order

to achieve higher goals in the future(Mashami, and Gunawan, 2018). Furthermore, it has helped
me to express myself better in order to avoid confusion.
Kinesthetic learners: It has been observed that every person has different understanding level
through which they can understand the informativeness student has their own way of learning
styles .In the lectures I have learnt about the various features of Kinesthetic learners and the way
to understanding their things. It has helped me learn new things and increased my knowledge and
understanding about the learning styles(Syofyan, and Siwi, 2018). With the help of learning new
things I can apply these which can result into possible outcomes and better understanding.

Linguistics: It refers to the concepts that is necessary to be adopted which can help an individual
to get maximum advantage of it which has helped me interact more with other people and
engage in the conversation which enhances the understanding and positive outcomes which also
contributes in personal as well as professional development(Shaykhislamov, and Makhmudov,
2020).
Theory of multiple intelligence: I have selected as I have learned that intelligence is not
something that can be achieved quickly and lot of hard work is required which involves
identifying the strength and weakness and working on the areas which required
improvement(Ahmad, and Dzulkarnain, 2020). Similarly, an individual has to work overnight
in order to build the intelligence and by learning newer and advanced concepts will help me in
increasing my capability to take effective decisions in the future.

Challenges: I have observed that in order to learn new things various challenges are faced
which helps in evaluating my capability to overcome these issues and focus on achieving the
core objectives in order to achieve my career goals. I have faced various barriers while learning
new things which increased my potential to face the risk and manage accordingly with the helps
of my skills and knowledge(Greggor, and et.al., 2019). Apart from this it has helped me to build
more confidence in me to face the problems and take steps to overcome these hurdles which can
affect my growth.
How to write a reflective essay: In order to present th essay systematically it is required to
follow a correct format which has helped me to present my work in attractive manner.
Furthermore, it has helped me understand the importance of presenting the quality work which
shows my presentations skills. This evidence provides the detailed information by the educator to
provide the points that is to be taken into account while writing a perfect essay . It has alo helps

me to write the sills that is required in order to write the reflective essay . The reflective essay
should also highlight the various challenges faced in the University.
Learner exercise:This evidence highlights about the learner exercise that is carried out in the
lecture . In the specific exercise , I had to determine and understand my learning capabilities
which will contribute in improving my skills and knowledge. From the exercise it has been
concluded that I took initiative while attending the lecture to learn new concepts and theories
which helps in my personal nd professional development(Palfreyman, 2018). With the help of
this I can easily identify what areas needed to be improved and which areas required
continuously evaluation which will effectively contribute in the development of my career
growth.
