INTRODUCTION
Self development and responsibility can be understood as one of the most important
factor onto which higher performance can be achieved within the set paradigms for higher
development into academic and professional growth parameters which enables to generate higher
strong outputs. The report presents before reflection note on given scenario where there are
various skills learned, weakness assessed and on various paradigms students can achieve higher
professional success with a detailed action plan.

Kolb reflective model
Concrete experince: As i student i have learnt with this presentaion that there are various new
skills to be laernt while working in acedmic stream within school where i anlysed taht
comnmiuniaction skills and interpersoanl communaiction abilitties are one of the biggest
strength which actively enabels peson to explore vivid development onto various scaenarios. I
have also learnt that creatvity is one of the most important factor which will enable to genertate
higher proficency and strong working standards among business sceanrio which is the msot
important demand among businesees. The infomartion which was presented within presentation
also developed my intrest towards avriuous group activities and projects thyrough whcih higher
focus can be genertaed towrads my strengths and also to develop new skills such as interperoanl
abilities. The information learnt within procedures of presentaion helped me to learn various new
pardigms and to fucntioallyuse my creatibvity to develop new peratining synegrgy whcih will
potntailly develop higher technical working energies. The new inforamtion gained amomg
project is not only highly intresting but also potnetailly will dcevelop my new working ethics
among collaborative mind set where rationally it will bring my profesioanl knoewldge onto

profesiaonl and acedmic career for longer success. Ialso reflected on my various weaknesses
whedre i ned to practice more which are problem solving skills, critical thinking pattern and also
to devloep stronger working framework. Ialso obvserved that i cana ttgain larger productivity
withc ontinuous working towrads my given working parmetrs and alsdo fucntioanlly represnt
how it can be refelcted withi various mew petaining synergy onto varoious levels. I also
reflected on my observations and outcomes from ptresenation taht attentive leaning and writing
down of all notes learned among mentros and prfessors while working for prtojects and
assignmmendts will not only program higher technical vibality among my performabce, but also
will incraese my working strenth towrads various scenarios. The report also factored deatils of
various creativity and analystical skills throughw whcih i can gain large experince and gather

be achieved by working ownwrads various skills which are wealk at present and needs reformed
stratgies and parctise tobe developed further for higher creativitty in perforamnces. The skills
whcih ia anlysed whcih are weak in me are problem solving skills, group wofrking methods as i
faced challenge to bring fowrad my ideas and develop new synergy for outlining my large
creatvity among my profesional working arenas (Watson, Noyes and Rodgers, 2019). As per my
point of view various areas that need to be developed further for academic and professional
growth and success in future career. I have learnt that I have good communication, interpersonal
and positive attitude that helps me to effectively exchange ideas and stay positive while facing
challenges. On the other hand I am not good at decision making as while making presentation I
was not able to found take correct and right decision that can helps in completion of particular
task within limited time range (Yi, 2019). Decision making ability will help me to take correct
decision in both personal and professional life so that I can grow and develop to get numerous

opportunities in future career. I also need to develop my critical thinking in order to find new,
ways ideas to resolve various problem and make particular project successful and differentiate
from other. Critical thinking needs to be also developed so that I can effective think innovative
strategies that help me and my group to get first position. It helps me to think out of box so that
presentation can be made more successful in future time. I can introduce new ideas to do
particular job in easy and best way that attract maximum attention of audience. Another skill that
needs to be developed is Time management skills as I was not able to complete my task on time
that had lead to delay in making of presentation. It is one of the most essential and important
skills that is evaluated by every entrepreneur while recruiting employees within firm so If time
management skills is developed by me than it would helps in effective performance of various
task within time (Yu and et.al., 2016). From the above presentation I have learnt that I was
unable to resolve various challenges that faced by us and our group members while making
presentation that had lead to delay and hinder in smooth operation of function. I have to develop
problem solving ability in order to have ability to resolve various issues, challenges that are
faced in both personal and professional life. It will helps me to effective coordinate and
cooperate work of individual by resolving difference of person for effective completion of
particular task.
