INTRODUCTION
The preparation for success development and responsibilities refers to the term as well as
activities that will assist an individual in order to develop the talents. As well as potentials to
build human capital as well as employability to enhance the quality of life and will help to
contribute on the realization of dreams as well as application and aspiration of related job. This is
also related to the concept that is not limited for self-development but also includes the formal
and informal activities in relation to development of others (Aiello, Di Martino. and Di Sabato.,
2017) . The personal development plan is the program already designed by after the assessment
of the individual in order to support the personal development of human being. Now, in the
context of report consist of reflection of performance in the group presentation in order to form
the reflective assessment that helps to indicate learning aspects of individual that require
improvement to get apply relevant skills and knowledge that would be discussed further.
MAIN BODY
What you have learnt
The group presentation performance will help to explains in different ways in which our
group has to identify the each other and also will help to analyse their personality. The
presentation is generally helping me to highlight the different stages in development of my
professional attitude related to forming, storming, norming and performing. At performing on
stage, it will give various experience, that how we can communicate with others in front of
everyone, as well as how we can present our words in front of groups of people that is unknown
for us, because mostly hesitation will come from here before giving presentation there is lack of
communication skills. I have hesitation to convey any topic because, I don’t have better
understanding of communication (Barakat, Reames and Kensler., 2019). For this, I take help
from my experts that how I can upgrade and make it effective to enhance my interpersonal skills.
So, they assist me to upgrade my communication skills not only communication skills, this will
also assist me to enhance my decision-making how
What new information has been presented
The information has been presented is related to idea, for making proficient learner every
individual have to be innovative and confident to present themselves in front of everyone, the

new information is how, I can enhance my communication skills as well as presentable skills,
what things helps me the most. In order to remove my fear about presenting something. How I
forget those things that I can able to write on papers easily. This is not an easy task, this can only
improve if only when, the person has high level of dedication and willpower to do and prove
himself in front of everyone. So, the information is related to our college tutors. Who are
available for us, they are always ready to support us in every difficult time and give assistance to
improve our weakness. So, everything is easy, but it needs lots of determination to make those
things possible that are impossible for us and accept each and every challenge of life related to
personal and professional development.
What was interesting
The interesting thing is speaking up a new language in front of everyone that I also do not 2
days priors of presentation. This will empower me to I am ready to take every challenge in life
because nothing is impossible to do. As well as speaking in front of those peoples who are not
getting our language but also, they have interested to know what peoples are trying to say, this
thing can inspire me to do new and innovative things in life because learning new things is
already a challenge for me and in order to accomplish those challenges, we do really creative
things in life like, I also do not have decision making skills (Rindlisbacher., 2020). So, by the
help of which I have enhanced my decision-making skills to improve my performance in relation
to presenting anything.
What might you use the new information
The new information is related to communication and interpersonal skills, that how we can
upgrade these things in order to gain the skills proficiency as well as how we can make or
achieve the smart goals for deciding the right career path and get direction to learning new things
and how the goals related to personal and professional development can easily get achieved.
Because new information is all about creating those new ideas that is applicable to upgrade those
skills which will be needed towards upgradation of professionalism in respective filed. The new
information is not only related to itself but this is also related to others because, if we have learnt
anything new related to personal and professional things in life, then, in relation to humanity we
have to share those things from others to adopt those things and will apply in their career path in
order to improve themselves.

What did you not fully understand or confused and what did you do about it
Sometimes I am not being able to decide anything as my decision-making skills are not up to the
mark. Sometime this will take lots of time to get decide what should be next step to enhance my
career what is the most essential things that I required to upgrade and what will improve my
performance in order to get the desirable results at the time. If I will upgrade my decision making
skills then, it can be helpful for me because, sometime I have realized this is the only things that
I am lacking of and , this is required things to be upgrade to improve my performance
(Nikolaenko and et. al., 2020) . So, in order to enhance my decision making skills I have to take
suggestions from senior experts that I can upgrade these things and what are the thing is
beneficial for us in order to improve my career path and find my self capable to take better
decision life and also can help others to improve these weakness.
B) Elaborates on some areas that require in improved of developed in above task one.
From the above task 1 at the time of group presentation which I have face certain challenges in
terms of skills and knowledge that I need to develop for the requirement. During my group
presentation my team members and me and we all were coordinated in a better manner and we
have a side of roles and responsibility who is performing what the task. As I was coordinator and
I have to sign as well as check that every member must perform in a better manner and they must
know how they going to perform in front of class. There are some skills in which my team
including me we were left and that impact on my performance drastically. On which certain
skills like communication leadership and decision making and so on. Therefore the lacking in
above skills is not proper accurately formulate during the group presentation and it was
generating certain causes like students were not engaging to our presentation and my team and
me work not able to pitch our idea of preparation what we need to present them. The reason that
my team not co-ordinate with the class students in group presentation that we have not prepared
enough and all skills were not improve to engage the audience in that situation. The skills which
I need to co-ordinate better way is that effective communication, try to play some activities with
students and audience most important that due to absence of leadership team get confused above
there roles and responsibility at the time of group presentation. In communication I need to
improve on my fluency and some of absence of vocabulary is important the time of presentation.
There was lots of challenges which my team and me faces in communication that we were not
communicating in proper manner. Along with in leadership we were not able to manage the roles

and responsibility in our team who is communicating about what topic in group presentation and
this was create a little barrier in communication as well. These are the two main skills in which a
presentation have to face some negative outcomes from students and audience along our team
better clarify about what actual role that need to play in presentation scenario by individuals.

presentation in business management in front class which skills and knowledge are focus and
what are the challenges and opportunities places during in presentation scenario. The most
challenges factor which face in communication leadership and decision-making where team are

not properly coordinated enough to what their roles and responsibilities are. Atlas Action Plan
