INTRODUCTION
The value success of success will determined by the amount of work you put in
to attain the define goals. The present study will describe the reflective statement in
which scholar describe their own experience while preparing for a reflective statement
and a module using Gibbs reflection model. Further, report also describes the areas of
further development and also describes the action plan in order to convert the
weakness into strength.
1. Reflection
In order to present the experience Gibbs model of reflection is used which
comprises of different stages such that:
Learning
In the group presentation, we have work in a group and learn many things which
will definitely help in our future. Through a group presentation, I enhance my ICT skills
because I completely rely upon the Power point presentation and through this, I come to
realize that I gain this skills. On the other side, I also learn how to manage different task
into a groups. Such that when my team is working on the Presentation, we assign the
task to all the team members as per their roles and responsibilities and this in turn help
to manage the work accordingly. Also, through the presentation, I learn planning and
managing time with my team members (Allison, Carter and Gibbs, 2020). Such that it is
not possible for us to manage the work accordingly and therefore, while working on the
presentation, I come to analyze that I enhance my time management skills.

Further, working in a group, I could easily determine my strength and weakness
by getting feedback from my colleagues which is not possible when I work individually.
In addition to this, I also think that group presentation is a great way to have a students
practice all language system areas such that vocabulary, grammar, discourse and
phonology. Through this I also build confidence and enhance my communication skills.
New information presented
Through this group presentation, I learn many new things such that effective
planning will help me to manage the work accordingly and as we are working in a group,
where we all are able to share the views and conclude the best answer among all.
Therefore, I can say that through a group presentation, I learn management skills
because it is my first presentation with a group where I learn many new things such that
break the task into a smaller parts and always remain positive is the second key aspect
which help me to meet the define aim and objectives. Also, this assists me to
determine the negative outcomes as well (Ardian, Hariyati and Afifah, 2019). The overall
journey for this project is so good because it provide me an opportunity to learn new
things and this is possible only when a person is working in a group.
What was interesting
The most interesting experience when I working in a group presentation is how
we all motivate each other in order to deliver the best presentation. As we all assign the

roles and responsibilities as per the capabilities and whenever, one of us fee low, then
we try to motivate each other in order to build confidence among each other again.
Thus, during the group presentation, another interesting thing is such that I come to
analyze the strength and weakness of mine by collecting feedback from the team
members. This is not possible in other activities or module. In addition to this, through
module, I enhance my reading skills and writing skills which assist me in my future
career option as well.
As the presentation provide me an opportunity that helps to enhance my skills
that includes soft and hard skills. Even another interesting part which I gain through the
presentation is develop strategies to minimize the challenges. For instance, there were
many situation, where one of my team member feel low and as a result he reject to
perform the task (Blemker and et.al., 2020). That is why, at that situation, other
members start developing a strategy in order to minimize the problem and this in turn
refines the understanding through a discussion and explanation.
How might use the new information
In my future, I also use this information such that while conducting the group
presentation, I come to realize my strength such that I posses strong oral
communication but not having written communication. In addition to this, i also develop
my ICT skills because it is the first time where I perform the task with a group where we
all are ready to manage the things with our cooperation. Also, by determine my strength
as a skills, I also try to accept future project where I got a chance to share my views
with others in order to enhance my oral communication, in addition to this, through a
group presentation, I come to analyze that working in a group help a person to learn
many new things which an individual did not know while working individually.

Further, in a group presentation, there were many adverse situation, but with the
help of collaboration and cooperation, we trying our best to solve many issues and
deliver the project in better manner as compared to others (Brundiers and Wiek, 2017).
What did you not fully understand or confuse
As I posses low research skills, that is why, some of the time, I am not able to
research on any topic and this in turn confuse me to understand new things which my
colleagues present during a meeting. Therefore, to overcome this, I schedule a plan
through which I set my target in order to meet the define aim and in future when I
conduct the same project in future, I easily manage the things. Further, there were
situation, where my team members not able to meet due to their personal work and at
that time, I think that it affect the project success in negative manner. But on the other
side, in order to manage the thing in better manner, I start managing the time in order to
make sure that this will not affect the project success. Thus, in this way, I am trying to
manage the work and put my complete efforts for its success.

2. Elaborating the areas which need to develop further.
When I working in the group presentation, I examine the strength as well as
weakness, but working in a group is the best experience, I ever get. Thus, through the
study, I come to analyze that there is a need to enhance my research skills because I
found it difficult for me to research on any topic easily. That is why, there is a need to
improve my research skills in near future. In addition to this, as per the academic
perspective, I also realize that I should start working on using of advance techniques. It
is so because during a group presentation, the entire work in done in MS-Office and as I
am not having enough knowledge related to this which I come to examine through the
presentation. Thus, there is a need to start working on this and developing this skill will
be more beneficial in near future. Such that entire world is become digitalized and that
is why, I also start using advance tools and techniques in order to save time and
perform the work without any error.
As my future goal is to become a HR professional in top company and that is
why, through this group presentation, I come to realize that I posses strong oral
communication skill but on the other hand, I do not have strong written communication
which will definitely affect my future. Thus, it can be realized that there is a need to
improve my written communication skills so that it will not affect my future growth and
career. In addition to this, I have strong reading skills and this in turn assist me to
become a leader so that I can easily share my views to others without any hesitation
(McKay and Gibbs, 2020). In the same manner, while working in a group, I feel happy
because it assist me to learn from my team members through their experience which is
not possible when I work individually. Thus, this is also reflect that in future, during my
professional career, I will like to work in a team and that is why, I have to manage time
according to that.
Hence, it is analyzed that as per the academic and professional point of view,
there is a need to develop many skills for my future such that management skills, time
management skills, written communication, research skills, otherwise, it will affect my
future goals. Moreover, as per my interest, these are the key areas which an individual
must posses and convert these into a strength in order to stay ahead in competitive era.

In addition to this, these skills are also assist me to develop the skills at personal and
professional level which in turn assist me to grab the opportunities in near future as well
(Ramia and et.al., 2016).

The action plan help an individual to enhance their skills and convert the
weakness into the strength. Such that it includes the resources, target and action which
assist me to meet the define aim and objectives with proper define tenure. Thus, the

research skill, written communication, management skills and to improve such, action
plan is provide that helps to covert the weakness into strength.
