INTRODUCTION
Success is the achievement of action within the time. It is also means to competing and
objective or reaching towards the goals and purpose. Self development and responsibility is the
process of improving ourself through habits and performing various activities. The personal
goals enhance the quality of life and to achieve dreams and aspirations. The present report is
based on learning through group performance and presentation. This report will include
reflective essay on learning. Study will identify the professional development needs and create
an action plan. This will demonstrate an awareness of the global context of higher education or
employment through action plan.
MAIN BODY
1. Reflective essay on learning through team work.
In this essay I am going to reflect on my personal experience working as a part of a team
and the presentation I had done in the class with my classmates or group members, as part of
group presentation on different articles. Reflection is the educational and is used as a means of
self-knowledge and to develop using a process of feeling and learning through thinking about
what happened and what have been done differently. Within the team every member plays a role
to achieve teams aims and objectives in effective manner (Frich and et.al., 2015). These roles
gave me new and important dimensions to interaction of the team members. I have learned
various things by performing group task and presentation. These things help to develop my self
for perfect future and good employment.
I have learned foster creativity and learning through team work. Creativity maximizes
shared knowledge in the workplace and that helps me to learn new skills which can use for the
rest of my career. Creativity is combining the uniqueness perspectives from each member creates
effective selling solutions. My team member created lots of the best solutions, design for making
creative presentation on the topic. That team work has taught me to resolve conflicts within the
team. At the time of work, most of critical conflicts has happened like selection of topic,
collecting important information, presentation making and so on because of each team member
have varied background and have different working style and habits. In that situation we have
made list of work by taking viewpoint of all members (Girvan, Conneely and Tangney, 2016).
While these viewpoints create the most effective and successful work.

After, that we made final presentation and that was ready for practice, at that time I was
thinking I can't do this and was starting to shake. I thought that we did better and well to present
out the topic to our peer. We received good feedback from our teachers. I was very pleased that I
did very good job in presentation but I vary nervous. I got different experience by team working
this provides me the various opportunity and boost mu critical thinking. Most important think,
this grew my confidence level of presentation and speaking in front of whole team or class. Give
presentation has helped me with my confidence, that I really need in my prefect future and good
employment. I have also learned to speak more and encourage others.
I managed to hold it together during the presentation. It was good to do the research using
the new and appropriate methods to presenting group presentation that was new information
which has presented in team work. Working style of my, classmates and group members has
very different and unique (Gould and Taylor, 2017). That had provides me new information to
collect information and produce presentation. The most surprising think I have learned about
myself is how can I gave a made presentation in team work. I had no experience to produce
presentation skill in presenting in group work. First, I was so uncomfortable to speaking in front
of whole members, but now I am so happy to speak in front of large classroom. The digital
management was the most interesting think to learn within the team work. I have learned various
thinks about digital management.
The most interesting and epic moment, when we fight for making presentation that was
so funny moment which has not forgettable. Other epic moment that when whole class and
teachers silent at the end of presentation. There was pin-drop silence after the presentation but
suddenly the whole room stood-up and gave standing overetion to us or made noise that's good!
good!. That was very interesting and epic moment for us as well as me. There was the different
types of methods for preparing the best presentation that has a new information. In preparing
information we have used this method for making the best presentation on article (Macià and
García, 2016). At the time of making presentation I have learned to do the slide show PPT. That
was nice and good achievement for my future. I have improved my presentation skills with this
team work.
I have little confused and not understand the topic exactly at the first. Other group
member helped to understand that in proper manner. It felt confused about methods of
presentation and how to use this in work but I observed my team members. After that I little

understand and trying to use methods. Slowly, slowly I have learned that method and made the
best presentation. That was good experience of team working because through that I have
learned various thinks about presentation. Those have very helpful for my best and prefect future
employment. Those have fulfilled my all needs about success and self development. I think
suggestions gives me specific source of incorporated into their assignment is good on many
levels.
2. Professional development needs.
Professional development is learning to earn or maintain professional document such as
academic degrees to formal coursework, attending conference and various informal learning
opportunities. This allows professionals to improve their capabilities with the help of effective
learning. The main purpose of professional development to improve skills which are supportive
in future employment (Martinez-Maldonado and et.al., 2017). This help to improve knowledge
and skills in order to wide improvements for the purpose of increasing achievements. There are
various needs to learn and professionalism. I have learned various thinks which has really needs
in prefect future that had below. Building and maintaining relationships between whole team
member or with staff is important aspect of professionalism. This proves that effective and
strong teamwork and collaboration skills. This shows the respect and values for the skills,
creativity and contribution of group member. That adhere to great leadership skills and decision-
making guidelines in proper manner. Those are highly required for my great future and develop
professionalism.
Critical thinking is another need for professional development in proper manner for
future growth. In the organization and workplace has the various critical situation. There have
need to think first and then take any decision for work. This thinking is completely enhanced
language and presentation skills. That improve the way to think and express our idea. Critical
thinking is important for decision-making in proper manner. It is helpful for strategic thinking,
problem solving, making better use of learnings. This reduces information to a clear and accurate
sources (Raes and et.al., 2015. Time management skills are important and effective for business
and professionalism. With the help of team work and team presentation I observed time
management skill. This is most important think which is help to reduce workplace stress or build
healthy working environment. Time management is important and effective for completing work
and task on time. In the professional lifetime management is important and effective think

because in the organization is very important to complete task and work on time in proper
manner. This skill is highly beneficial for both staff and owner. On the other side it creates the
positive professionalism in side me and work which is important.
Professional development is also includes a take own roles and responsibilities of work
in proper manner. It is also learned by performing team work and presentation. In the specific
work and task have various responsibility which have to preform and take in effective manner.
This skill is important for professional life because professionalism includes work responsibility
to perform that in effective manner. This help to maintain the positive attitude when
experiencing challenges (Smith, 2016). Team work is improved communication skill which has
really needs for professional development both verbal and written. Professionalism required a
watch and listen attentively for the reaction and feelings being expressed by other. Proper
communication is complete by choosing correct and most effective method of communication in
proper manner.
3. Develop action plan.
An action plan is a document that lists what steps must be taken in order to achieve
specific goals and objective. The main purpose of an action plan is to clarify what resources
which are required to reach the goal, formulate a timeline for specific task need to be completed
and determine what resources are really required for professionalism development. The action
