1. Reflect on your performance in the group presentation AND in the module thus far
I have learnt various skills and techniques by going through the module and also by laying focus
on the presentation material which was been provided to me. I have developed so many skills
and also I have analysed the skills on which I need to work. I have also been involved in learning
many new and interesting things which is really necessary for my growth in future. The skills
which I have learnt will also assist me in gaining better grades and success in University. I would
like to tell that this will not be possible without the support of my peer and tutors.
What have you learnt?
I was a slow learner but this module has helped me in gaining so much knowledge and
has also helped me in improvising my learning process. I have learnt about how to work in a
team. At first I was really conscious as I don’t know about how I can work with so many people
with different thinking ability, but after going through group presentation, I have developed the
ability to work with diverse people (Saligumba and Tan, 2018). I have also been engaged in
making better bonds with my team members so that my team can be more effective and this will
also assist me in achieving my personal as well as professional goals and objectives. I have also
learnt so many different languages while going through presentation. Now, I am able to make
correct use of English grammar wherever it is necessary. I have also learn about oral and written
communication skills. Previously I was unable to communicate perfectly with the help of
gestures, now by going through module I have developed these skills. I have also learnt about the
importance of presentation skills. I am been engaged in taking help from my tutor and team
member so that they can make my presentation more creative and innovative. The other skill
which I have learnt from the module and group presentation is written and oral communication
skills. I have evaluated that in order to improve the communications skill it is really necessary
for an individual to be confident. I have also been involved in enhancing my time management
skills. The knowledge related to this skill has gained by me with the help of module. I have also
been able to understand the importance of managing time and how it can assist an individual in
being more productive and efficient. I have also analysed that my critical thinking ability is not
satisfactory. By going through the module I have learnt about how to be more creative and think
out of the box. This has assisted me in gaining success at University level. I have also learnt
about management skills. In this I have learnt about how to make plans related to any assignment

and task given. In this I have also learnt about managing the resources and how to make effective
utilisation of the resources. I have also been able to learn about how to handle team and be an
effective leader when you are working in it. I have also learnt about the other skills such as
research, problem solving and decision making. All these skills are really necessary so that I can
be able to gain success at University level.
What new information has been presented?
Various new information has been presented, like learning related to management can
assist in doing effective planning and controlling (Kumagai, Jackson and Razack, 2017). This at
first I was not knowing about but after going through the module and working in group
presentation I have learnt about this. I have also learn that how being innovative and creative can
assist an individual in taking better decisions and how it can assist in growing. I have also learn
about the research skills and about how to cute Harvard referencing. All these will assist me in
enhancing my grades at University level and also I will be able to achieve success.
What was interesting?
So many things were interesting in module and also during the time of group
presentation. I was able to learn so many new skills by working with my team members. I was
also been engaged in knowing about the ways and methods to enhance research and presentation
skills. I have also been able to learn about the facts related to creative thinking. All these things
has increased my interest in learning new skills. I have also been able to analyse my strength and
weakness by going through this module. I was been able to grow (Tran and Vu, 2017).
How might you use the new information?
I can use the information in my future growth like I can be involved in prioritising
important task. I can also be engaged in thinking in more creative and innovative way. I was also
been able to make important decision by working on my critical thinking skills. I have also been
engaged in making use of Harvard referencing during my class assignment and I was also been
able to solve so many issues while analysing and evaluating the information which was been
given in module. This will help me in developing and also it will assist me in making better
decisions which is really necessary for me to grow.

At first I was really confused in understanding ways related to critical thinking, but then
my tutor and my senior helped me in making better decisions. I was also not been able to
understand the basic concepts related to Harvard referencing so I need to work upon it. I also

In above discussion, I have learnt about both academic as well as professional development

professional or academic skills (Schreck, Weilbach and Reitsma, 2020 ). Afterwards, I have been
chosen an appropriate module that help for gaining so much knowledge and also improving the
own learning process.
In context of professional areas, I always tried to establish the collaboration with
colleagues at workplace. But it would require to have better communication, management skills.
These are considering an important which always support for enhancing own capabilities. After
collaboration with other colleagues, I have found that there are so many things that were
interesting in which help for improving more knowledge. It help for supporting in professional
career growth and development. I have realised that group presentation, considering an important
role played in business aspects. Usually, it can be used in the representing the own opinion,
thoughts, innovative idea to client. This can be possible when I have an effective
communication skills whereas directly interacting with client (Kim, Raza and Seidman, 2019 ).
In order to resolve their queries related the business growth or development. I have expressed in
the own reflection whereas considering of communication as well as management skills. It may
support for handling the entire business activities.
In context of academic areas, I have learn about the management, communication and
problem solving critical thinking. I was able to learn these skills, when interacting with other
student, teacher. Sometimes, I also participating in the different activities at university level. At
that time, I was able to learn unique skill or knowledge. These are beneficial for long term
growth and development. Usually, it also engaged with different activities to enhance research as
well as presentation skills. Moreover, I have also been able to learn about the facts about creative

the basis of reflection, it also collecting the information or data about the various skills,
knowledge that may support to increase or interest in context of learning.
