Introduction
The term success is linked with achievements of the targets of the learners so that better
outcome can be made (Haerazi and Irawan, 2019). If the learner wants to achieve his or dreams
then they are required to enhance their skills that is academic skills. The report will highlight
reflection on the performance in the module as academic learning is considered to be useful in
developing various skills. Such skills will allow the learner to interact and communicate with
others properly, dealing with others, develop own business thus utilization of academic skills and
learning will help to attain success in the life. In addition to this, the report will outline the
various areas that is academic and professional which are needed to be developed further.
Furthermore, the report will also project the action plan which will support the learners to
understand their skills better (Nurhayati, Rizaldi and Fatimah, 2020).

Reflect on the basis of performance in the group presentation and in the
module too
This should be in the form of a reflective statement indicating about the skills learners have
learnt, aspects that went well, aspects requiring improvement and how one can apply the relevant
knowledge in the future (Putranta and Wilujeng, 2019). I have learnt about the adaptive skills as
the time is changing and it is must to make of new program and software which allowed me to
learn new things quickly and efficiently. Along with it, I also got to enhance my communication
skills as there are various ways to communicate with others. The future employers are required to
be able to communicate with people within their team, as well as people outside of the team and
organization. It can be said that reflection plays an essential role in the field of education. All the
learners have different ways of projecting different perspectives for different purposes. The
skills are essential in the learning process as I was able to learn about the networking and
building relationship. It was one the reason that brought us all the learners together. They all
helped me to keep myself motivated and we all communicated well and gave us a chance to
lead while doing project. The new information has been presented to me was the role of time
management as earlier I did not use to give it much importance. But now I realised the
importance of managing time easily. The whole learning process was interested as I got a chance
to learn with various people in teams. And I will make use of this new information in my life and

keep myself organised but now I am able to make my schedules. That is why I kept myself on
the track and I also made a task list and checklist. For purpose of completing the project, I
required to have guidance of my mentors and teachers which supported me to accomplish the
project in time. It can be seen that creativity is also essential nowadays as in coming futures of
the learners employers will be looking for those employees who are more creative and
innovative solutions to issues that exist. Moreover, academic learning allows the students to
enhance and develop some qualifications that is dealing with others,interacting and
communicating with others properly, develop own business thus usage of academic skills and
learning will assist to achieve success in learning process. Being a learner, it is must to manage
the time properly in order to stay stress free and active in academic life and to be involved in
another sector from the beginning. There are also other curriculum activities will assist to make a
good experience in the student life and aid to set the goal as per the content. The value of time
should be given properly in order to accomplish the tasks and with the aim of getting better the
learners must use effective methods of achieving success and it is to take little effort towards that
specified objective (Sliva, 2018). As it is must to improve the personal management which
includes the ability for the learners to severally plan, organize, create and execute, rather than
wait for someone to do this for them.
It can be said that success change and may differ in any state for any learner but success
can sometimes be measured that to based on improving , wealth or based on living standards.
That is why a student is required to work hard to be successful in life and make proper use of
knowledge in their further life of him. Also, spending time on daily basis as well as scheduling
specified time frames towards all the activities may lead to important improvements in student
overall execution of performance and lead to success. Also, working on a project allowed to
learn the art of getting things done and the ways to keep everyone engaged. As I always thought

After attending group presentation, I have experienced that it is not a easy task for a
person to work in a specific group. An individual is need to stay active and attentive according
to their task as well as the action taken by others. Everybody in a group has to be collaborative

group will give their opinion which can help them to select the best way to achieve the desired

Communication skills: Through this skill I will able to communicate with my colleagues,
supervisors and various team member in a very effective and efficient manner. If I
improve this skill it allow me to successfully transmit or convey my opinion in a clear
way to other team mates. I will also able to comprehend the message which is said by
other workers to me. Due to many languages, phrases and pronunciation I have to learn
new and new things in lifetime.
Problem-solving skills: After improving this skill I will be able to identify the reason
behind problems and the issue which arise in the team. Through this I will attain the
ability to examine the complication & challenging situation which I can convert in to the
opportunity to grow and develop. This skill will help me to create a most effective
solution for the problems that arises in the front of my group. This will also allow me to
create different solutions and apply the most appropriate one to resolve the issue
( Munge, Thomas and Heck, 2018) .
Presentation skills: It also helps me in work life to deliver the right message in the most
attractive way. It is a very valuable and effective skill which allow me to completely and
effectively put on the information in front of the potential or new customers base. It is
very important for me to present my work with a confidence in front of the people which
