INTRODUCTION
Reflection refer to concept of providing effective description of personal experience
which is enjoyed by individual under any circumstance. This report is based on providing
reflection on aspect which is experience by members of group under their learning programme.
It also includes effective development plan and also the action plan which is followed to
overcome from number of weaknesses.
MAIN BODY
Task-1 Reflection
It is one of important and valuable tool of learning which helps me to reflect personal
experience which I have examined during group activity. It is one of a valuable learning
programme under which the practical as well as theoretical knowledge about skills and their
importance are explained. All concept are effectively explained by teachers with help of effective
teaching methods. It is important to reflect my personal experience about the learning
programme because it helps me to find deviations and strength. It enables me to make changes
in my personality as per need of time (Billingsley and Bettini, 2019). The present reflection
contains different aspect which I have learned during activity of group. It helps me to become
more competitive and effective so that number of problems can be solved by me.
There are different types of learning are present which I have learned during group
activity. These learning makes me able to understand concept of life and career effectively and
enables me to become more competitive towards different problems of life. First thing which I
have learned during this module is that it helps me to judge different types of situation
effectively which makes me out of confusions. There are different types of situation came out in
front of me and makes more confuse. Reason behind confusion is lack of knowledge and
experience. There are number of concepts were explained by teachers which increases general
knowledge and experience of different situation. Now I have considerable knowledge and
experience for handling such type of situations in my further life. The present group activity
helps me to become more regulative which enables me to grab success in academics. There are
different types of rules and regulation to be followed by student while studding in university
voluntarily. These rules and regulations helps student to become more systematic , consistent and
more realistic. All these qualities helps student to grab different types of opportunities which

enables them to achieve success in their academics. It is beneficial for me that this module helps
me to improve my academic knowledge and integrity. Both aspect plays important role in life of
student because it enables them to complete different types of assignment which is provided by
their teachers to them (Byrne, Fattoum and Diaz Garcia, 2019).
Information and learning is prime goal of group activity which helps to make great hike
in present aspect. There are large number of topics and aspects are explained under group
activity in relation to academic concepts, skills development, moral responsibilities and many
more. All these topics are important for enhancement of knowledge of students or the members
present in group activity. One of important information which came out during the session is the
importance of skills and adaptability for success of student in their academics. If required skills
are present under personality of student then it becomes easy for them to complete all their
responsibility in effective and systematic manner. Another useful information which is new for
me is number of regulations and concept of academic ethics. There are different types practises
are present which should not be followed by student such as cheating, plagiarism, disrespect,
damage to college property and many more if they want to becomes more ethical. It is important
for me to understand these information in effective manner so that it can be beneficial for me to
use them in future activities.
The learning programme which I have joined has involved number of aspect which
provides interesting experience to me which helps to develop effective growth factor for my
personality. There are different types of interesting experience are present in this aspect such as
development of skills, patience, information about new topics, general knowledge and group
activity which is enjoyed by all members of team. The development of adaptability and
analytical thinking is one of most positive experience which I enjoyed in this learning session. It
helps me to perform the activities of life and academics in effective manner which makes
possible the achievement of self goals. There are different types of group activities are happened
in class under which all members of team takes part. It helps to feel sense of belongingness and
team spirit which enables me to perform different types of group activities and motivated
towards the work. It helps me develop effective approach about the strategic issues and their
solutions (Ferguson, 2018).
The information which is developed under this group activity is very valuable and
important for further assistance of life. It is important for me to use such information in my

activities so that possible outcomes can be reached out. The information related to skills and
knowledge not only helps me in academic aspect but also helps me to become success in further
professional career. It is important for me to make these skills strong in order to use them in
further life experience. The concept of ethics also played important role for success of mine
because it helps me to act smartly in institution which reduces the chances of failures (Gibbons,
Rhinehart and Hardin, 2019).
There are some concepts are present which is not fully understand by me due to
complexities and lack of concentration. These topics are communication skills, time management
skills, digital learning, market research and many. It is very important for me to understand these
topic because it plays important role in my academic success. It is important for me to develop
effective development plan for these aspect. It depends upon my efforts whether these aspect can
be understand by me or not.
Task-2 Development of academic and personal areas
One of the most important advantage for conducting this reflective learning is that it
enables me to analyse number of deviation. It enables me number of opportunities which helps to
make changes in my personality and becomes success. These areas are communication skills,
time management skills, academic and professional integrity and many more. It is important for
me to make efforts for development of these areas so that all deviations of my personality can be
minimised. The development of these areas requires me to make efforts in right direction so
chances of failures can be minimise (Johnson, and Stage, 2018).
The concept of Academic integrity enables me to conduct those practise in college which
are free from dishonesty, plagiarism, cheating and many more. All these negative activities are
very important to be minimise because it is sufficient to ruin the whole career of student.
Academic integrity helps student to develop separate and positive image in college which
enables the promotion of their growth in the market.
Professional integrity requires me to under concept of business ethics in effective and
systematic manner which helps to become successful in my professional life. The concept
business ethics enables me to conduct only those activities which satisfy the needs of all
stakeholders without affecting the concept of sustainability(Lazar, Kolibaba and Grunlan, 2020).
The development of communication skills is very important for me because it enables me
to interact different types of people which enables to develop positive relations in market. There

are different types of members are present in college and communication skills enables me to
interact to these peoples.
Time management skills are very helpful for managing activities of personal and
professional life in effective manner. It is a major problem for different types of peoples under
which they demotivate from number of negative outcomes due to mismanagement of time.
Task-3 Action plan
The development of above academic and professional areas required effective action plan
from my side so that they can be achieve in effective manner. These action plan should be
realistic which can be followed by me. It is essential for me to follow these action plan and brief
discussion related to same are given below:
 It is required to analyse all rules and regulations which management of academic
institution develop so that it can be applied by me. The development of integrity required
me to perform those activities which are ethical in nature. The needs and expectations of
all stakeholders should be primary concern for me so that it becomes possible to act
smartly in academic purposes.
 The professional integrity involves the usage of those activities in business under which
all practise of business are made in such a way to not sacrifice concept of sustainability.
If becomes important for me to develop those mindset which develop sustainable
strategies for business. Concept professional integrity enables me behave with other
employees of organisation politely and respectfully. The behaviour of mine should be
honest and equal towards all employees of enterprise so that concept of equality can be
promote in the organisation (Ludlow, 2018).
 It is required for me to take different types of classes and seminars for the development of
communication skills in my personality. There are different types of things are present
which I have to conduct for development of these skills such as language aspect, reading,
interaction with people and many more for the establishment of these skills. There are
different types of classes and seminars are present in the market which provides training
of communication skills to candidates which becomes beneficial for making effective
communication skills. Communication skills not only helps me in academic aspect but
also enables me to take effective returns in professional life.

 Time management skills refers to those skills which is utilised by individual for
management of time between different activities of their life. It is important for me make
effective classification of time between different activities of life so each activity can
provides considerable time. It is essential for me to develop effective time table and write
all essential activities of my life (McDonald and Hite, 2018). This time table should
provide considerable time to activities according to their demand and also importance.
The main part of this programme is the execution of this time table which is possible due
to consistency, hard work and discipline.
CONCLUSION
Personal and professional both aspect of life require development activities and efforts
from individual for their personal and professional growth are concluded in this report. This
report concludes reflection related to the personal experience which is enjoy by individual; on
the basis of different types of factors. The another section of this report concludes different types
of developing areas which is analysed from personal reflection. The final part of this report is
based on providing different types of action plan which helps to develop the above developing
areas.
