CV with skill they have developed like communication, effective decision taking etc. Individual
had developed all the skills which have been mentioned in above CV because it is quite essential
and beneficial for their professional career growth. An applicant had mentioned its hobbies and
all information related to them in CV format. By including all data in CV a person can impress
employers and recruiters, which is quite essential for him or her. This document is important and
valuable because it is first and only directs interaction with a potential employer within an

This term refer to individual ability and capability which they can use to gain initial
employment, obtain new job opportunities, and maintain current one. It is all about being able of
keeping and obtaining fulfilling work (Williams and et.al., 2016). In simple term it is a set of
achievement, comprehending and skills as well as personal attributes that makes a graduate more
able to gain employment and be successful in their select occupations, which benefits workforce,
themselves and economy. Good communication, dependability or reliability, motivation,
patience, leadership, following instructions, innovation, creativity, team work, organizational
skills, commercial awareness, problem solving, flexibility and adaptability are included in list of
employability skills. All these elements are important and useful in context of modern
workplace. It is a measure of how effectively and easily new applicants can gain better
employment and achieve success in world of business. It can be said that employability, is not
just about obtaining a specific job, it is also about a wider set of attributes and competencies that

will make an person able to be successful throughout their professional life. It will helps of
achieve the best employment chance in today’s job market, which is very beneficial for

After completing my education I would like to grab employment opportunity that related
to HR. I can say that after graduation my ideal job is Human resource manager, in which I am
highly interested.

Duties-
Human resource manager duty or role in a company is to plan, coordinate and direct
management functions in effective manner (Obedgiu, 2017). They play vital role in an
organization by hiring, selecting and interviewing of new applicant; consult with top executives
on strategic planning; and serve as a connection between a business’s administrations and their
applicants.
Expectations-
Function of HR is evolving, with changing ways of ventures. The expectation from an
applicant is also increased who wants to play role as Human resource manager in a firm.
Expectations of management for HR manager role are always related to skills, knowledge and
the most important element experience.
Accountabilities-
Responsibilities of human resource manager include creating and implementing HR
tactics and initiatives aligned with overall organizational strategy (Yusliza and et.al., 2019). It
also includes bridging management and workers relations by considering demands, needs,
grievances or other problems. HR manager is responsible for managing selection, recruitment

procedure and staff performance. Human resource manager is accountable to create and monitor
overall HR systems, process and system across the company.

researching wider job market for appropriate job role.

search for within short term period and apply directly via their
sites that save time.

among online job search engines, which make person able to
get their best.
