INTRODUCTION
The present report is based on the topic self-development and responsibility which plays and
important role in individual life whether it is on academic or professional filed. The report will
do reflection that is based upon the Gibbs modal. It will also evaluate about the areas that are of
academic and professional skills. Further it will also make the action plan that is based upon the
improving skills for academic and professional life. Lastly it will also give information that is
related to the awareness of the global context of higher education and employment
TASK-1
REFLECTION
By using the Gibbs reflection model I will tell about my performance at the time of group
presentation which will include different types of statements that is related to what I have learned
from group presentation what was the information I got whether it was interesting or not along
with this how might I will use a new information and then I was confused.
Description
At the time when I was doing the group discussion all the members in the group have decided to
divide E section two different people so that we only have to research one element each. I have
decided that by this division of work we can complete a task before one day of deadline. For this
we have also scheduled time that then we will work. But I have seen that in my group at the time
of presentation the two members have dropped their plan for working so that we can complete
our presentation before time (Holtzhausen, 2017).
Feelings
I was very excited at the time of doing work that is we came together I realize that we have still
lot of work to do happy that we are smart that I have divided the work between all the members.
But I have to face different types of issues that is related to assignment that is still something left
But on the other hand I have motivation that I can do it I feel so bad because of me the few

all put our efforts and decided to work together so that we can accomplish fast in better manner.
Evaluation
In the group presentation I have very good experience because all the people have worked well
along with this all the group members have produced good quality work for their agreed
headline. We have also seen that are two of the members have cancel their plans and motivated
us that we should work harder in this evening so that we can complete the task. I was very happy
that they have contributed positively to the group work ethics. I thought that everything will be
done in good manner but it doesn't happen because in the group there were different suggestions
and ideas of the people which have resulted in overall time plan of the group failed (Lukash and
Sedaya, 2018)
Analysis
I think that the main reason for which are group presentation have resulted in good manner
because every person in the team have being the part of the assignment that we are working on
that we have decided all the tasks and activities along with the its strength and behavior of the
individual. From this I have also built my some of the skills that are related to communication as
after working in Group I have come to know that first we have to listen what the other people
want to say then we should give this suggestion on whether they’re saying right or wrong. I
really enjoyed an experienced very well at the time of working on the group presentation in this I
have also matched the areas that are related to my strength. From this I also know how to present
the presentation in proper manner by using proper a structure and information. I thought that it
will be very useful for us to save the time and complete the task but we were wrong because we
have to very work hard to complete the task on time. In reality I have faced that it took a lot of
time to complete even I was very stressed an in rush at the time of rewriting the assignment full.
I think that we all have to face this because there was no plan that is related to how we will write
an instructor there sections if you will face in the future. There were some characteristics for the

communication skills which will also help in my career. Along with this I will also have
the experience that is related speech and English composition courses that in both oral
and written communication of technical information. In academic it is very important that
if I will be facing any problems at the time of my lectures then I can talk and
communicate to my teacher so that she can solve it as soon as possible on the other hand
in my professional field it is useful because in one day I have to coordinate so many
peoples for that I must have good communication skills so that they can come to know
what I am speaking along with this I can also give good information to my team members
so that they can complete all the tasks in given time frame.
