INTRODUCTION
Self development is basically a procedure by which an individual's abilities or character
are gradually developed in an effective manner. Reflection of own capabilities as well as
weaknesses plays vital role as it help a person to make improvements in the areas where they
lack and gain better opportunity in future. By the assistance of own assessment a person can give
their full potential in attaining objectives and desired goals. The present report discuss about the
reflection of own learning & development as well. In addition to this, an action plan is going to
develop in order to make improvements ans to achieve objectives. Later, awareness towards
global context of higher education is describe in the report.

Reflection
Self reflection is basically a way of assessing yourself, the way of working along with
how an individual study. In addition to this, it means to think about something and respond to a
particular stimulus. It is analyzed that reflection is mainly written by a particular person in order
to explore one feelings, experiences as well as events that assist to remain competitive in such
business environment. At the time of presenting information, it is determine by me that there are
various areas in which I am skillful and in some areas I lack. After conducting and collecting
information, I reflect on my self by asking some several question that is given below:
What you have learnt: Presenting information and knowledge in front of audiences is of the
difficult and challenging task and it is important to make presentation attractive so that audience
take interest in the presentation. While preparing for the presentation, I learned about so many
things which proved to be advantageous for my career growth and for achieving better
opportunity in future. I learnt about how to deliver an attractive and meaningful presentation so
that the presentation that is delivered are meaningful and results out positive outcome. In order to
work on the presentation, I got the chance of working in a team that aid me to develop team
building skills which is significant for the future to gain better opportunities. It is analyzed by me
that working with people of different behavior, nature and diverse class develop a difficulty of
delivering information to every team member meaningfully. It is determine by me that I have

developed soft skills and abilities during this preparing and delivering this presentation. At the
starting, I learned about how to assigned task and roles as per the skills and abilities of a person.
After this, I learnt about how to divide the work by considering the given time frame. Moreover,
I practice a lot to developed attractive effect within the presentation so that attention of large
number of people is gained and the message is deliver to them in a meaningful and effective
manner which further aid in remaining competitive in such marketplace.
What new information has been presented: It is significant for a person to showcase
their presentation and information in such a way that attract audiences and is meaningful for
them as well. It is analyzed by me that collecting information separately and the transforming it
in a meaningful manner develop value within the presentation & also remain in mind for longer
time frame. In the presentation, we added some meaningful and distinctive values that is
describing some facts as well as figures about investment ratio of government in education with
an aim to developed education sector that leads to economic improvement. In addition to this,
data associated with the preferences and choices of students related to government and private
institutions is describe in our presentation. In this context, there are various facts is delivered to
the audience that enhance their knowledge level and also assist in developing positive mind set
of audience which further develop a strong relation between us. Therefore, it is evaluated by me
that it is significant to deliver presentation in an attractive and innovative manner which help in
gaining eyes of large number of people in this competitive business environment.
What was interesting: For delivering the presentation in a unique and distinctive way, it
is significant to add values for the audience for whom the presentation take place. In my
presentation, the interesting part is visualization of facts and figures that gain eyes of people in
an effective manner. Along with this, we deliver presentation by making use of real life
examples and also add attractive videos in it that gain the interest of audience towards the
presentation. Another interesting part is I develop different skills in me that is motivating others,
leading others, changing way of others and so on which directly help me in developing high level
of confidence that is beneficial for gaining better opportunities in coming future .
How might you use information: For delivering an effective presentation, we gathered
interesting facts about the higher higher education. Such related data proved to be beneficial for
competitive examination and also increase the knowledge about education system of the

particular country. In addition to this, the information proved to be beneficial for a person
belongs from education sector as it is important to have basic knowledge about such department.
This improves the communication, team building and leadership skills of a person that plays vital
role in this competitive market for gaining better opportunity.
What did you fully not understand or confused, what actions should be taken about it.
It is analyzed by me that there is some misunderstanding developed in creating a team
and allocation roles as well. Some of the team members were talking about the topics that is not
related with the presentation subject. In addition to this, there is some confusion about assigning
activities which is more important to implement first. In this regards, it is analyzed that for a
person self evaluation plays vital role as it aid in gaining understanding about strength and
weakness which in turn leads to improvements and development of effective strategies for
gaining g better opportunities and retain in this competitive marketplace.

with globe for trading as well as other purpose. It is the capability to communicate in good way
across the world to run activities of organization in smooth manner. In addition to this,
Globalization also connected with employment as it is significant problem in mind-set of
individual person. The work signifies variability around the various times, social strata as well as
geographical locations. It is assessed that due to political, social as well as economic changes it
impose direct impact on work connected to work experience. In past time, the world is

necessary to manage time for performing duties in responsible way. Time management is
considered as an important for building team which is helpful in completing work in timely
manner. In addition to this, it is necessary to have effective leadership skill in order to lead
individual person of team for conducting their work in an appropriate manner. Hence, my main
focus is to increasing these skill for overcoming from the weakness of build appropriate team for
completing work in timely manner.

From the above study, it is analyzed that it is significant for a person to gain insight about
their strength as well as weaknesses as it help in making improvements and in achieving desired
objectives as well. With the help of developing SMART objectives, a person can achieve their
objectives and also draw a better opportunity for the future. It is significant for the students to

attain good marks and grades in the higher education so that they can sustain such competitive
