INTRODUCTION
Success is the internet need of every person they need to focus on self developing and
improving their areas in which they are lacking. The individual needs to become more
productive and work oriented towards their goals and objectives which they want to achieve in
the future (Beatty, and Hernandez, 2019). This report aims to analyse about understanding the
impropriate of success in individual perspective. On the other hand, in this report there will be
brief discussion about various things which have been learned in the reflective statement. It
could improve multiple environmental details and help them to become more productive in the
nature. Along with that, there will be evaluation on the areas which needs to be improved and
help the individual to develop academic and professional skills. The main focus is to use new
strategies and methods in order to make this skill better in every way. For further instance, there
will be preparation of action plan which could help the individual to become more professional
in the future.

Reflective statement
Success is one of the most crucial factor which will boost the confidence of the individual
and help them to capitalise on multiple opportunities which is arise in future (Elmira, and et.al
2018). I have learned the importance of success and how it helps the individual to become more
better in every manner. In the students life success could be attained by performing the tasks in
an effective manner. I need to learn new strategies and use various methods in order to achieve
success in the future. I implemented the new learnings standards in the life to gain the necessary
goals and objectives which is been set on the specific timeline. I need to organise my work in
order to complete the assignments and tasks. I also need to take the strict measures to improve
the overall skills and capabilities. There is inherent need achieving the objectives it could help
me to gain competitive advantage over other individuals. I need to plan their activities by
utilising the resources in an effective manner. There are various weakness which needs to be
improve to achieve the desired targets in the future. I certainly focus on becoming better in every
aspect and needs to maintain the timeline in order to achieve the objectives.

There are various new things which I have learned in a strategic manner. I ensure to
achieve the deep learning experience and by setting the standards I can achieve the goals and
objectives which is been set for the future. I have learned that I need to distribute the tasks and
manage the time effectively in order to complete the work prior to time. There is new
information about the success which plays the integral part in the students life. They can plan
their activities with the help of strategic framework and the new modules. The course material
which is been provided has improved by overall skills. There are communication skill which is
also presented. It is the most vital factor which I have implemented in my life. I use the
communication skill to communicate with the individual which have different background and
culture. I can also clear my doubts in the lectures buy establishing the communication with the
teachers in a systematic manner. This is the new things which I have learned and I could enhance
it in order to perform better in the future.
There are many things which is been interesting I have learned the new way to carry the
necessary results and achieve the success properly (Fletcher, 2021). I take certain measures and
use the new tools to complete my work in a timely and accurate manner. I have developed the
habit of preparing the schedule in which there is the brief time of very tasks and assignments
which needs to be completed and submitted properly to the teachers. I have also developed the
personality of becoming more eager and enthusiastic towards various things. I have become
viable to choose the right path and focus on attaining the success and developing the habit of
judging the situation more properly. I have also developed the habit of punctuality in order to
perform better in the uncertain situations. I have also like that planning the activities is the
strategic factor to carry out the targets efficiently. The performance can also been improved and
learning new things in multiple sessions. There was interesting things which had make me more
regulative and to fulfil the desired tasks with the help of persistent culture which needs to be
implemented properly.
Success could open various paths and opportunities which could be evaluated in a
significant manner (Garza, and et.al 2021). I use the new information of following the schedule
in order to plan my daily activities and complete it before the time. I have developed the habit of
learning new things and reading new books which will help to achieve the goals and obstructives
in an effective manner. I have self explore various areas which needs to be improved and
perform the desired tasks before the time. There is the major area in which I was lacking which

is time management. In order to achieve success I can focus on becoming more better and
complete the tasks with the help of professional skills. There are new standards which is been set
in order to achieve the success. The most important aspect is to plan the strategic detail and
become more competitive in the nature. The decision making skill is the crucial aspect which I
need to enhance to attain success and perform better in uncertain situations.
I am confuse about the career path which I need to choose in order to get the good grades
and achieve success in the future. This is the one of the major area which needs to be evaluated
properly (Jackson, and Prasad, 2018). I need to choose in which stream I could focus on gaining
the necessary results and achieve the desired objectives in future. There are various in which I
am confused in order to get good grades in the assignments and complete the lectures before
time. The major focus is to implement the path in order to become more viable towards the
opportunities which needs to be achieved in future.
TASK 2
Elaborating the areas for academic and professional development
Development of the Academic skills – Academic skills are the general strategies and
abilities which will help the individual to achieve success in the academic writing (Kilfoil, and
et.al 2021). They can brink the technicality in order to complete the assignments and given tasks
to get goods grades. There are academic skills which I need to develop is been described below:
 Critical thinking – This is one of the most important skill which needs to be developed
in order to perform better in the uncertain situations. It will make the individual more
focused towards various activities and tasks. I need to improve this skill in which I am
lacking. In order to enhance it I need to compare the areas while completing the project
and to find the similarities and differences which needs to be analysed properly. It needs
to be evolved in a strategic manner. There are various problems which could be solved
and the tasks could be finished in a timely manner.
 Communicating – This is another major skill which needs to be evaluated properly. This
will help the person to clear the doubts and get the necessary solution of the problems.
There are multiple factors which can be targeted in order to perform better in the
activities. I need to develop this skill significantly this will help me to clear many doubts
and clear various things in the lectures. I can attend the lectures to learn about new things

and understand the true prospective of the subject. In order to improve this area I need to
establish an effective communication with the individuals.
Development of the Professional skills
Professional skills is one of the most important aspect to work for the career
competencies which needs to be achieved in the future (Minett-Smith, and Davis, 2019). It is the
combination of hard and soft skills which helps to carry out the duties in an effective manner.
There are multiple professional skills which is been mentioned below:
 Team work and collaboration – This is the essential skill which the individual needs to
carry the team towards success by working in a coordinated manner. I need to work well
in the team and helping the individual to work in a uniformed manner. In order to
enhance this particular skill I need to achieve the goals and objectives with the team and
finish the necessary tasks. The main prospect is to provide the individual with right
instructions in order to complete the assignments.
 Oral and written communication skill – This is the major skill which will help to
complete the tasks and the oral and communication skills will help the individual to carry
out the work responsibilities and duties in a significant manner (Turner, 2019). I need to
improve this skill which will help to make the company to achieve the targets and helping
other individual to complete their tasks and duties by improving their necessary areas in
which they are lacking.

An Action plan is detail plan which outline multiple activities to achieve the goals and
objectives in an effective manner (Ndefru, 2019). There are various areas which can be improved
with the help of action and the individual can focus on attaining the desired growth for the

They can improve it in order to achieve the desired results for the job position. For further
