In today's marketplace or industry, success is an integral element of each and every
personnel as it enable them to be more competitive and creative in order to be a successful in
their all aspects of life for a longer period of time. Moreover, the term success has been utilised
in every sector of market like marketing, education, business, manufacturing and so on
(Cournoyer and Deschenaux, 2017). However, as per this report, it is wholly centring over the
importance of success in academic and professional areas for improving the overall performance
of an individual in an impressive and productive style. In addition to this, this study involves
creation of reflective statement based on group presentation as well as identify the areas on
which a respective can improve better. Finally, on the basis of reflection, designing an action
plan by signifying various ways to enrich shortcomings and enhance the strength in a productive
way.

1. Reflective Statement

they are student or anybody else. As per my point of view, in a academic ground a student

accomplish their goal or dream in a better manner. Moreover, in order to achieve the same, each
and every candidate works hard and adopts several kinds of techniques that help them to tackle
over their weakness for attaining success in their life. However, academic success is integral
component because it is directly connected with the positive outcome on which a student values.
Apart from this, I believe that an individual who is better prepared, organised as well as contain
proper plan that assist them to perform better in school and will continue to be like that in their
career (Hart, Brannan and De Chesnay, 2014). Along with this, there are different kinds of
platforms which enable a student to accomplish academic success are organisation, time
management, prioritization, concentration , motivation, team handling and many more.

three or more individuals come together and form a team with an aim of achieving particular

knowledge of team management, motivation, positive attitude, punctuality, dedication,
commitment and many more so that the audience can acquire relevant information in a better
mode.

Our team was guided and directed by a leader who is very much sensitive in providing
equal opportunity to all participants in terms of sharing ideas, thoughts or suggesting some
aspects to improve that brings high level of motivation among team members in a coordinate
way. With the help of such action, it aid me to gain knowledge by listening to varieties of
information from several people. Moreover, our team leader has taught about various models or
concepts of communication as well as the ways to present the information in group to which I
was not much familiar. Moreover, in the session they covered the topic about CV writing, how to
perform in interview, methods or elements utilises in designing presentation and many more
which assist me to improve my gestures and body language in order to bring intense level of
satisfaction over particular audience.

had a team of 6 members who were assigned with different types of roles and responsibilities for
obtaining best outcome and appreciation in a desired time period. However, one of the foremost
difficulty which I faced while performing within group presentation is team management
because each of them had their own opinion or ideas which give rise to conflict of interest and it
totally hampers the work of presentation (Helligsø, 2018). Apart from this, I came across with
several activities which I learned is that motivation, time keeping and regularity that help me to
improve my overall performance in an efficacious manner., but at the same time our leader faced
an issue with managing those ideas because each personnel wants that their views should be
considered and followed for group presentation. Furthermore, another area which I learned from
the procedure of group presentation program is that prioritising the task in-spite of every activity
that enable me to stay focused towards the aim or goal. Apart from this, there was an another

aspect on which personnel were lacking while conducting group presentation program is that
