INTRODUCTION
Self-development is the key for achieving success within a specific field and the concept
of self-knowledge defines aspect and responsibility of an individual which helps to fulfil personal
requirements of a person. In the present scenario, self-development is one of the strong needs that
are experienced by individual or student in future. Moreover, responsibility and self-development
work as a process for identifying potential and real opportunities which is based on personal as
well as intellectual qualities and characteristic of individual. In simple terms, self-development
and responsibility works as a method for evaluating yourself for accomplishing different success
factors. Moreover, this report highlights on the reflection of areas that are requires to improve
and also on those aspects which are beneficial in future among professional and academic field.
MAIN BODY
Reflection on the performance
In order to analyse different areas and targets an individual reflects on its performance
that is related with academic area, internship or any other experienced background. In the
existing scenario, there are different task and activities relates with my academic field. One of the
major perspectives for self-reflection is to achieve goals and objective related with professional
field. Further, most of the task and operations that exists in professional area and also in
academic field either performed by me and other members are done within groups or team. This
refers while going through the group presentation there are different points analysed by me and it
relates with improving my performance within the future for accomplishing better results. One of
the major area that are linked with each and every human being is to perform work in the
professional field. Along with this while working for the portfolio there are different aspects are
identified that is important and daunting to generate better investment strategy. Along with this to
construct long term strategy it is important for the person to work in an effective manner because
it enables me to invest clarity as well as confidence among my ideas that are implemented in
future to gain better position within the professional field. This also defines that persons are
responsible to formulate deliberate and precise portfolio in order to formulate effective portfolio.
Personal development cover different activities which is used for improving the
awareness, developing talents and identifying the potential talents that helps in facilitate

employability, enhancing quality of life and to make contribution for achievement of dreams.
This also refers that persons are focused in working of potential talent, build of human capital
and for me it work as positive aspects through which all task are completed in formal and
informal activities. Some different targets that are analysed by me to complete formal functions
in the future are mention as below:
 Self-Esteem- The term self-esteem is defined as an individual’s evaluation and it is more
important for me to analyse all aspects which boost my efficiency in the future for
completion of task at different levels. This refers that self-esteem encompasses different
beliefs that are related with me. With the learning of self-esteem it is analysed that most
of my work is done in an informal manner. Similarly, self-esteem also represents new
information and it apply in me that my task efficiency is high.
ï‚· Employability- With understanding the term about the employability it is identified that
an individual require skills, potential and capability to accomplish and maintain
employment. It also refers that employability relates with work and it identify ability to
employee in the company. In context of me it is identified that I has initial ability for
achieving job role in market because of my learning skills. The most useful information
define that before entering in a market it is important for me to identify the scope of field
in which I am motivated to work. This refers jobs and roles that match with my skills is
essential to identify and it is also interesting because they are related with my graduation
course.
ï‚· Quality of life- QFL refers the general well-being of individuals, society and positive
feature of life. There are different expectations of an individual and the society is related
and it refers that my expectation are guided by the value and socio-culture in which I had
grown. With analysing quality aspect of life it is identified by me that values learned by
an individual refers to different domains of individual life. One of the major learning
which is coincides is to accomplish desired standard level. The information about quality
of life represent physical health, education, employment and wealth all are included. So
for me it is easy to realise those aspects which are important to complete work by
analysing subjects that are important for future.
With the analysis of market it is identified that there are different task performed by me and most

individual define that self-esteem leads me to identify those aspects that are important for
building future. One of the major interesting topics which is improving my performance is to
make aspects is to utilise all information in an organised manner. On the other side, the most
difficult challenge that confused in completing all work refers to employability. This is because
the skills for obtaining high or authority related position is different among all organisations so I
am confused to go with higher studies or start my career. With going through with formulation of
portfolio this is easy to understand assumptions and implementing them for work as a career. So I
am more focused to start my career because the professional or higher study course also requires
work experience in recognised universities.
Areas to improve
With improving different areas such as skills, attributes and capabilities I am able to
improve my professional life. So I started to analyse my initial potential which is recently used
by me in the formulation of group presentation. Self-esteem, employability and quality of life are
different aspects that make me more productive, cooperative and empathetic in the professional
field. The overall focused for my future revolves around the selection of better career options
from different career options in market. One of the major issued which is faced by both either it
is an individual or organisation relates with difference in skills requirements. So to deal with this
I improved my employability skills and it helps me to improve some basic skills such as written
and communication skill which is required at all job positions. It refers that there are different
task performed by me but there are some gap that are needed to overcome. Some of them are
mention as follow:
ï‚· Self-esteem- With the analysis of different aspects it is identified by me that while going
through the self-esteem it is identified that my formal skills are lacked. So the first area
which is essential to improve relates with increasing my performance through
considering focusing and concentrating on work that is related with personal and
professional areas. In order to improve them properly constant training is gained by me
to complete all task with accepting formal requirements. Moreover, with increasing
company aspect it is also easy for me to gain and analyse different aspects in making
reflection because of clarity in ideas that helps for managing work at professional and
personal level.

aspects which is identified by me is relates among making changes that makes
possibility for completion of task in an organised manner. This defines different persons
are engaged in company which also make employability in managing task that sustain
long term profitability for business. Moreover, I try to use my learning skills for new
business adoptions. This result it is easy for me to gain competitive edge against other
individuals who applied for similar job. It also helps in boosting the effectiveness of my
role in professional field. So knowledge perspective about different fields is improved
after analyse of employability aspects.
ï‚· Quality of life- All person follow different value and culture that demonstrate the living
standard for persons and also quality of life which is followed by professionals. I am
focused towards acceptance of employability aspects within the organisation. Therefore,
it is important for me to generate skill which generates better possibility and allow
individuals to create better culture for improving professional growth in the business. In
short my overall focused is to behave professionally because this helps me to connect
with expert and also aids to share existing knowledge with them.
Formulation of an action plan
Action plan is defined as a formal document that list different steps which are taken by
the individual for accomplish of specific goal. The main purpose for developing action plan is to
identify targets, reaching towards goal and formulation of timeline to accomplish specific task
that are needed to accomplished. Some targets which are achieved by me to gain employment are
