Introduction
Self-development refers to self-improvement, it’s one's
own responsibility to make development within
themselves. For the purpose of self-development one can
attend training to understand the correct path. Initially
they should analyse their strength and weakness to know
about themselves. After the proper and deep analysis one
should work upon their flaws.

Member 1
Success is the inherent need of every individual it plays the most crucial
role in the life of the student. Success means the situation at which an
individual has meet all their expectation.
In my opinion I tend to get success in my life by following a systematic
procedure. In this I organize my work in every manner. The main focus is to
complete the work in a timely and accurate manner.
By organizing my work, I can complete the assignments which is given by
the teacher and able to achieve academic success. Success is one of the main
factor which motivates me in every manner.

providing the assignments on time and enhancing my overall skills
and capabilities could help me to achieve success in the academics.
I tend to develop different skills which helps me to complete my
work in an effective manner. This also regulates to gain a

I had developed different skills over a period of time which helps
me to perform different activities significantly.

Success is defined as the moral boost for the individual which helps
them to capitalise on different opportunities.
 For the student’s success will be achieved by them by optimizing
their performance. Students needs to plan their daily academic
activities to carry out in an effective manner.
In my opinion the student needs to enhance their important areas in
order to achieve success in the academics.

I facilitate to indulge a deep learning experience and certainly involves in different lectures actively.
 I defined my goals clearly by setting different objectives which I want to achieve in academics.
I establish a classroom routine which helps me to become more consistent and creative in every manner.
The work which is given by the teacher I distribute them into certain aspects and I tend to do proper
research to complete my assignments. In respect to other individuals I can complete my work in a timely
manner.
On the other hand, the assignments are creative which gives me high scores in certain subjects. The
main motive is to achieve is that I create a prolonged path which help me to achieve success in my
academics.

The real meaning of success is the accomplishment of different
goals and objectives which is set by the individual.
In order to achieve the satisfactory goals and objectives the
students have to take different measures which will benefit them for a
longer period of time.
In my opinion for the student they are viable to become more
creative and needs to enhance their knowledge on every path. In order
to achieve success, I am very punctual in attending different sessions.
I had certainly developing a habit of judging every situation
which makes me out of confusion.

success. In my opinion, success is a path which helps me in fulfilling my desires.
There is a persistent culture which is established by the teacher. I tend to follow it to achieve success in
academics.

improves different aspects. The students’ needs to be enthusiastic and eager to learn about new things.

I am habitual of reading books, from there I realised that success is not same for
every person it varies from person to person.
The only thing which defines the success of an individual is his own mind-set.

I also came to know that for achieving success in life one should do self-exploration
and one can feel more peaceful when they perform the work of their own choice. I
analyses that I am good at reading and writing so I my working upon them.

It will help me to attain success by completing deadlines and get grades. The success can be achieved in
many ways if the student is capable of finding right and wrong things.
From my perspective, success will not come if it’s not achieved by doing hard work. Therefore, it is
necessary for every student to work on their own capabilities and skills to analyse self-abilities and personal
development for achieving success in the career path.
While learning in my university, I have gone through many factors and targets like working on my project

As being a student, I could attain success by choosing the right path and timelines
for study.
 For a student, success means everything which they achieve in their academic life.
It could be getting high grades, achieving championship in sports, submitting projects
before deadlines and getting good feedbacks from lecturers.
All these factors are an initial phase of success which will provide me many
experiences about the life activities, problems and learning skills.
Therefore, it is a kind of motivation which will help me grow and explore more. I
would find my own key strengths and weak areas which are creating hurdles in getting
success.

 The report has concluded that, the success is the need of every student which require
much struggle and dedication to achieve the gaols. A student has attained success through
working on their own skills and capabilities. Therefore, the report has shown opinion of 5
members about the success and how it can be achieved. This shows that, there is requirement
of setting deadlines, clear goals and prioritise the task to attain success.
