INTRODUCTION
Academic skill and writing is all about preparing notes and other content based on needs
and requirements of the academic career. This report is all about academic books and writing
practices. Henceforth, report will emphasis over reflective assessment regarding the entire
experience of this project. Different learning outcome earned through this project will be
presented under this project. Need of the academic and professional development will also

Reflection
Importance of Effective communication skill
In my personal experience, I totally believe that having an effective communication skill
is very crucial for every individual throughout the journey of life whether there is school, college
or at any place of work. In simple words I can project that it help me in developing trust of all the
people over my strength and ability. I always tend to listen to peop,e before saying any word in
front of the people (Chun, 2018). This is a basic nature that right way to communicate our onions
and thoughts in front of other people make people think about that our decision is right and
beneficial for all one. The key benefit I could get is communication skills helps me in making
myself ready from any challenges to solve such issues with critical thinking and active listening
ability. Whether in resolving conflicts at both personal and professional level the effective
communication plays always an importat role to deal with all of them. In context to any place
effective communication make it more significant to develop and demonstrate our ability in front
of other at any platform.
Needs of academic and professional development
Success is very important in case of every student in against to proceed further in their
career plan. This is also a similar case for me, as I wanted to have a career in finance field at first
I need to pass all my semesters at University with high grades and deep knowledge (Fonseca and
et.al., 2019). I always had a wish to become a finance manager that requires high college grades

and skills at professional level are require. In order to achieve my objective of carer I also joined
different skill development campaigns. These courses supported me to achieve the best ability
that can allow me to mitigate all my responsibilities as a Finance Manager at any organisation.

Awareness of higher education and employment
At a personal level I totally believe that education is the key source that can favour the
children to fulfil all their dreams and wishes. From my personal point of view, every individual
across the world contain right over education irrespective of the economic class or category of
people. This is also a responsibility of government in each country they make policies to educate
poor children’s. This is essential that government take a proper initiative to educate people and
children’s. In behind the overall growth and development of country the contribution of youth
and young people are very essential. Education will favour the people and children to maximise
the overall growth and development of the country (Lu, Zhao and Dai, 2018). Education
improves and enhances the opinions and view point of people that further provide a strategic
direction to the overall success of every country at a global level. Higher education is so crucial
for the overall growth and development of the country along with the people itself. The
education directly improves the mindset and skill of people that further improve the standard of
living of people in country. Employment is a key need and requirements of every country.
Almost every single country in the world is not away from unemployment like problems and the
key reason behind is the lack of skilled education and knowledgeable brains. Education will
provide a scope to people where they can develop the skill and mindset to maximise the overall
career growth of the respective individual at a global level.

Academic writing is a very key skill that a student ad professional contain. This is an
ability that motivate and drive the individual to write over any topic at a professional level. This
ability allows and drive the people and professional in country to write at professional standards
and level to provide a certain opinion over any topic. This is an ability that guides the people to
provide the opinions and views over any topic in the most professional manner (McKinley,
2017). This is an ability that can cook the opinion of many individual and students over any topic
of study. This skill is very essential in every student. In order to develop the ability of academic
writing universities and schools provide assignment to students so that student get the chance to
prepare papers in the own writing study. This ability allow the student to protect the command

Summary
Importance of project workshop activities in developing my social and ethical awareness
and responsibility
Project work shop ability allows me to develop my social and ethical awareness over
different topic and area of study. This whole campaign makes me more aware about different
topics and the issues that society is facing at this point in time. Project work shop made me able
to research over the topic and issue that society is facing at an ethical level. Research is the key
way to improve awareness and opinion as it provide all the key knowledge and education about
the topic. Project work shop guides us in a certain direction where we can drive all out efforts to
achieve the best level of outcome formulated over any topic of study (Schank and Rieckmann,
2019). This is very important as it completely drive the shape of our project and the area of
knowledge or study. Being a professional knowledge and education over the topic is very
essential and the aim of the work shop is to provide a right strategic direction where student can
moe forward in process to achieve the best level of skill and mindset at an individual level.
