INTRODUCTION
In this assignment, a portfolio will be developed that contributes to comprehend,
demonstrate and accomplish different skills and learnings in form of reflective statement
and identify different aspects that require improvement. It will also reflect my performance
in the presentation of the group and module. It will involve my practices as well as learning
factors that needs modifications and development to create some effective sets of skills. It
will also involve awareness in employment as well as in higher education.

REFLECTION
The presentation of the group has benefited me to learn regarding the working of different
organisational operations that benefit me to comprehend different aspects that is related to
the procedure of public speaking. I also have the experience to deal with different
circumstances of speaking in public that has helped me to learn different factors which are
essential in this procedure (Sterling et al., 2016). This procession of knowledge as well as
thoughts and then framing it in in such a way that it will fulfil according to the present
circumstance and develop efficient dialogue. In the presentation doing with my group, I
spoke with the knowledge efficiently but it also does not have the method that is
communicative that also involves the understanding of different acquaintance with the
actualities that provide the effective argument. By monitoring the different procedures that
I have learnt and in which I lack in different fields of communication. This learning is
articulated in the procedure by seeing various factors that are reliant on the model of Gibb's
reflection (Hollingsworth and Clarke, 2017).
DESCRIPTION
While working in group assignment in which I work for the presentation categorised the
departments because of which the burden is lessened and we also develop the performance
by learning the factors that are linked with our section (Regan et al., 2016). When my group
was demonstrating the questions these were asked to us and was linked with the part of
another individual in which we were not prepared. It leads to a negative aspect for me and
my group. We also learnt every factor that was linked with the part in which I was thought
to perform and present the identification that was detailed. Rather than performing the
studies that were detailed, we learnt all different descriptions in every section with effective
concerns that we won't lack in while our presentation. The incapability of configuring the
information in verdict has replaced as the repercussion and has lessened my communication
skills in different factors (Chen et al., 2017).

FEELINGS
This factor made my group comprehend that all of us were lacking in some of the other
factors and require to work with the effectiveness that we have developed and can easily
act following with factors in a group presentation and improve our performance. Deciding to
allow the work in different sections of presentation between is an effective concept but the
section was presenting the individual has turned in being the most efficient concept (Murray
et al., 2020).
EVALUATION
The evaluation resulted in different circumstances in which there is less knowledge and has
lead in embarrassment. It has made me irritated and frustrated and has also encouraged for
which I cope with different situations. Therefore, I prepared the presentation and then we
presented our work effectively (Regan et al., 2016).
ANALYSIS
The presentation of my teammates was effective and it also expressed every detail with
some effective efforts that present the effective knowledge of the skills of communication.
The division of this section for the presentation was effective as it benefited in developing
our learning and dealing with different questions (Sterling et al., 2016).
CONCLUSION
This analysis has benefited me in learning different factors that are influenced by
performance. It states that ineffective processing of knowledge and not comprehending all
the factors that resulted in lacking in the presentation that benefits in developing awareness
amongst us the are effective learning significant for developing efficient knowledge

This procedure has benefited the factors in which I lack and make me aware of
modifications and the improvements that are required to develop my performance. This
procedure benefits me that I lack in the information of processing and skills of
communication as well as confidence. Also, the group was formed and was supposed to give
the group presentation that I have to present in the team but in form of individual that is
the quality of my team which creates and give team presentation (Middleton, 2017). I
thought it has to present in a team that the quality of my team which will lack the functions
of the academic and professional factors. This shows my inability to comprehend the simple
statement and it requires to be recovered and create such that it can observe developing
situations. The communicative lack as well confidence that is another factor that is needed
to be improved for the presentation I was not able to answer and speak some questions
then after having proper knowledge due to which my inability to frame it for an effective
answer (Patterson and Seabrooks-blackmore, 2017).
Even I tried to develop the answer that lacks in confidence that has impacted me to drop
the concept of speaking. The lack of confidence has influenced me to the extent and also
has the main reason behind the incapability in communication skills (Sterling et al., 2016).
All the factors skills and requires to improve and develop the skills in which I can comprise
with circumstances in future scenes and creates and skills that will enable to communicate
in public. I also need to communicate with communication skills which will benefit in
develop my performance do the communication and sharing the information. I can observe
with circumstances that will need self-reliance in me so that the effectiveness can be
maintained in this procedure and develop the chances of academic and professional skills
