INTRODUCTION
Self development and responsibility reflects what a student needs to follow to generate
self development and to get the success which they desire for. The report will talk about the
relationship between both. It will also focus on how note making can help a student to achieve
goals with efficiency and how being taking more responsibility into their shoulder can help them
to generate the leadership qualities. The report focus on student development in global context
and importance or role of communication for the same.
Main Body Reflection
Self development is the process of making someone better by following regular actions
and habits (Krettenauer, 2013). Focusing on self development help in fulfilling the dream once I
have seen and it help in achieving countless successes throughout the life. Investing in personal
development aka self development help in enhancing my many talents within self.
From the group presentation I was able to take notes and use them to my favor as it helps
me to recall things which I forgot because of passage of time or not paying that much of attention
at the time of actual transmission. After the study I came to a conclusion that root of self
development and success to one common thing which is Self Confidence. I believe that self
confidence can drive us to limitless ways and can help us to achieve the things which we never
thought of. What I have learn from the process is that self development in an individual can be
done by increase in self confidence and yes proper notes making so that proper retrospection can
be done and things can remain intact. Notes making helps in keeping important things in places
and an individual can use that whenever he requires the same and the chances of forgetting crucial
things will be minimized. The reason of under achievement is not having proper knowledge of
self development. Making a goal and working to get success on the set goal will increase the self
development and the goal will be achieved if I have that self confidence within me. What new
thing I learn is that proper and to the point note making is essential if I want to get success and
itself development will happen if I prepare them properly and follow them with purpose. Self
confidence will act as pushing I towards the task with proper knowledge and potential the goal
can be achieved faster. An individual need to be live there is always scope to learn and they need
to learn in order to sustain the competition in the environment (Sukserm and Takahashi, 2012). If

someone can get the personal development their qualities of life will automatically increased.
Personal growth is founded on education skill. Our society tends to reward those who are above
average. Those who know more than the average are typically paid more than the average.
Through education and experience, I increase my skill level and ability to succeed in the field.
There was lot of interesting thing going around and one of them was how self confidence,
success and responsibility are co-related. It will help us academically and as well as
professionally. I learned how time management is important and how note making can help in
saving the time and achieving the efficiency as note making eliminate the less important things
and focus on more important thing which will be helpful for organisation for a long term.
Another thing which came under observation is importance of leadership qualities, Leadership
could be recognisable as inspiring or motivating a group of people to act towards success and
achieving. Leadership is following the right instructions to outperform success as group. So it is
important to have leadership qualities if self development and success need to be achieved.
Moreover it makes an individual more responsible as they are ready to take more projects and
responsibility so that their skills can develop. I was able to learn about the importance of
determination and persistence, how being determine can help an individual to achieve what they
want and how it can change their way of working. It brings a positive approach and individual
will be aware of how to approach to a situation. Notes will help the individual in the process as
they will give them important points on the same.
I really believe that this information which is freshly learnt can be use in the favour to
develop the individual personally, academically and professionally. Notes making and following
them will help an individual to reduce wastage and the information should be used in the benefit
of individual so that they can develop more and should be responsible enough to take and finish
the task. The topic was very clear for me but there was a still thing which was not easy to
understand, one of them was applying these theory to practical world or environment how
accurate it will be (Lin, Baruch and Shih, 2012). Another thing which confused me was is it
important that more responsibility means more success as it can go against the individual
sometimes but at the same time more responsibility add on more skills to an individual and it
helps in give self confidence to an individual which is the biggest asset for anyone as it helps in
doing self development as well as getting success, which is achieving the set goals.

Areas that need to develop further
There are certain areas which need to be developing further so that an individual can get
benefitted in all possible ways. Proper note making will help the individual to give that
confidence as they will direct them to their set goals. Along with that the person should also be
aware about having good communication skills so that they can express themselves to others when
required and there is no gap in communication. Proper communication will lead to more
coordination which can eliminate the conflicts (Fishman, 2014). Having the knowledge of time
management will help them to improve the efficiency as less important things will be eliminated
or it will not take that much of time. Another area which need to be taken seriously is taking
notes, notes help in remembering important events, it helps in keeping things organised and it
help the student to get success in future. It is important to reflect on the things done so that
proper decision can be made by the student. It is basically used to analyse things and to evaluate
the result in the benefit of the student. Along with verbal the written communication should be
clear so that there is no noise which can give rise to problems, a student should keep their notes
in a maintained way so that there is no Misunderstanding to anything and everything is straight
and forward which is easy to understand. Communication generally helps a student to extract a
lot from the teacher which will help them to get succeed in the future (Pless, Maak and Stahl,

From the above report it can be said that if a student want to achieve self development
they should work on generating self confidence first which will ultimately help them to get
success. They should prepare proper notes which will be guidelines which will help them to
achieve what they have set. Along with notes, it is important to follow time management so that
