INTRODUCTION
Self development and responsibility reflects what a student needs to follow to generate
self development and to get the success which they desire for. The report will talk about the
relationship between both. It will also focus on how note making can help a student to achieve
goals with efficiency and how being taking more responsibility into their shoulder can help them
to generate the leadership qualities. The report focus on student development in global context
and importance or role of communication for the same.
Main Body Reflection
Self development is the process of making someone better by following regular actions
and habits (Krettenauer, 2013). Focusing on self development help in fulfilling the dream once I
have seen and it help in achieving countless successes throughout the life. Investing in personal
development aka self development help in enhancing my many talents within self.
From the group presentation I was able to take notes and use them to my favor as it helps
me to recall things which I forgot because of passage of time or not paying that much of attention
at the time of actual transmission. After the study I came to a conclusion that root of self
development and success to one common thing which is Self Confidence. I believe that self
confidence can drive us to limitless ways and can help us to achieve the things which we never
thought of. What I have learn from the process is that self development in an individual can be
done by increase in self confidence and yes proper notes making so that proper retrospection can
be done and things can remain intact. Notes making helps in keeping important things in places
and an individual can use that whenever he requires the same and the chances of forgetting crucial
things will be minimized. The reason of under achievement is not having proper knowledge of
self development. Making a goal and working to get success on the set goal will increase the self
development and the goal will be achieved if I have that self confidence within me. What new
thing I learn is that proper and to the point note making is essential if I want to get success and
itself development will happen if I prepare them properly and follow them with purpose. Self
confidence will act as pushing I towards the task with proper knowledge and potential the goal
can be achieved faster. An individual need to be live there is always scope to learn and they need
to learn in order to sustain the competition in the environment (Sukserm and Takahashi, 2012). If

Through education and experience, I increase my skill level and ability to succeed in the field.

professionally. I learned how time management is important and how note making can help in

and focus on more important thing which will be helpful for organisation for a long term.
Another thing which came under observation is importance of leadership qualities, Leadership
could be recognisable as inspiring or motivating a group of people to act towards success and
achieving. Leadership is following the right instructions to outperform success as group. So it is
important to have leadership qualities if self development and success need to be achieved.
Moreover it makes an individual more responsible as they are ready to take more projects and
responsibility so that their skills can develop. I was able to learn about the importance of
determination and persistence, how being determine can help an individual to achieve what they
want and how it can change their way of working. It brings a positive approach and individual
will be aware of how to approach to a situation. Notes will help the individual in the process as
they will give them important points on the same.
