their work as I work curiously with all the efforts. I understand by responsibility and then
organize the work accordingly. I find myself flexible in every situation as I can adjust
comfortably by working of unexpected challenges (Cameron and Jessica 561-578). I enjoy
working with many people and work in the direction to achieve the goal efficiently.
I am worth trusting especially at time of team coordination and meeting the deadlines. I don’t
get frustrated from my failures instead of that I boost up the positivity in other team
members. I am a work oriented person by making sure that smooth coordination of
components takes place.
I am self-motivated, as I have faced many failures but instead of breaking down I have learnt
from them and taken steps towards success. I have eagerness to grow and learn things this has
helped me to be versatile and grow dynamically in nature. I am not satisfied from my work
easily as I always try to do and perform better. People like my skills of resolving the difficult
